Extremely quiet and pleasant place. Great choice to rest from the parks and escape the hustle and bustle of International Drive. We had no contact with the hostess, but she was extremely helpful when we had questions with the check-in process. The house has everything you need to live and save a few bucks by making your breakfast or dinner. I recommend.

Very comfortable and clean place. Instructions to check in were easy and the key card she left to get in the gated place made it easier to get in without having to wait long. Would stay again!

Excellent place to rest and recover energies to explore the parks of Orlando, very cozy, easy access and safe, also is quite close to the Disney and Universal parks. Flor was very attentive to our requirements and inquiries.

The place was extremely clean and the shower was amazing! There's a microwave and mini fridge, and a Keurig with coffee provided. It was the perfect little studio to stay at while we explored Orlabdo.

Larissa and Glauber's house is brand new. Both our room and the bathroom were very clean. You had your peace and could sleep very well in the cozy bed. Due to the distance to the parks in Orlando, the accommodation is perfect, it only takes about 30 minutes to drive.

Julie was very thorough with directions and instructions. Check in was very smooth. The place is extremely clean, very convenient and she provided all the amenities you can think of. Communication was very easy and she was very informative. We visit the area a couple of times a month and we’ll be back!

No complaints. This was a location near Disney if that’s what you’re looking for. About 30 minutes from Universal area. The house was big enough for all 13 of my guest to spread our comfortably. There were plenty of towels and wash rags for use. The house sits directly on the lake so that was beautiful. We booked this the day of there was no issues. The owners responses were right away to me so I appreciated that. We were only there for about 12 hours so I cannot elaborate on the usage of things. I will book here again in the near future

Home was cozy, with everything we needed. It was close to where we needed to go, but was far enough away to be quiet. A Great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and amusement park traffic. Highly recommend....Pool was refreshing!

Excellent hosting !! Comes with the photos and data contained in the ad. We had a problem with the gas heating of the house in some moments of bathing, which oscillated and did not heat up (only situation to be investigated). Overall, everything was wonderful !!!

Super nice house! Notice that the pool is outside. We were there in January and the pool was heated (for an additional charge) but because the pool was only a kind of grille, it was not protected by the cold air. It was super cold when you left the pool. Otherwise there was a pool table and a football table in the garage. The house has a lot of rules which scared us at the beginning but the hosts were super nice.

Samuel’s Place was awesome. We stayed for 2 nights while at Disney. We were able to take our sweet puppy and stay with family! It’s the perfect space to relax and have fun with those you love!

Very clean condo. It was all we needed at an affordable price, as we spent most of our time in theme parks. Also, the resort is well located within a mile or two of endless food spots for your convenience. Jennifer, one of the host, greeted us at check in and nicely showed us around and gave us tips on how to spend our free day away from the park. Nice and easy check in/check out process!

I came to enjoy some Florida sunshine and not for the parks - this place was grand - golf lessons. Active Tennis courts, pool time , driving range . A little sense of wilderness lake and live music at the pool bar . Ok so I didn’t get to the gym. Next time !

Great hosts, the space was super clean and there were nice touches. The location is very close to Disney and Universal. The pools were lovely. There is a little general store onsite. I went to the spa one day for a massage and a foot treatment and the services were very nice.

Great place. So many options on property. It’s also 20 minutes away from Disney and 30 minutes away from MCO. The hosts were so nice and responded quickly. We got to meet them and have nice conversations with them. The place is nice, clean, and quiet and there is a huge parking lot in front. There is also an Elevator. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Disney.

I must say for my first experience with a Airbnb Donald and Jennifer made my guest and I feel very comfortable. The location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do, facility was beautiful and it has lots of extracurricular activities to partake in. My room was very nice and clean. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I arrived early and was accommodated with and early check in. I look forward to my next visit because this will be my home away form home. Very clean accommodation, with a very well equipped kitchen and washing and drying machine. For our family it was great to be able to cook, because of the children. The tb clothes come back almost all clean !! It was great!! Excellent location too: a burlington and a ross practically on the side !! Wonderful!! The only negative points, for our family, were: the very loud upper neighbor and the TVs are not smart tv, so we were restricted to local programming, without YouTube and Netflix.

Clean, safe and well located apartment. There are 20 minutes from the main attractions. Safe and comfortable. I didn't have face-to-face access with Mr. Eudo, but all needs were answered via chat quickly. Wide variety of supermarkets, restaurants and gas stations. Linens and towels available. Pleasant and right accommodation for my case, with 3 adults and 2 children.

This was a very comfortable and luxurious place for our family to stay while visiting Disney! It was lovely to have a kitchen and cookware, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The kids loved the pool, and everyone there was very friendly to us. Great visit overall!

This place worked great for our family of 6. It was a good central location, we were able to go to the Disney Parks, space center, and the beaches. The house was clean, check in/out was quick and easy. The host was very easy to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location at the resort. Perfect size for our group. Easy to access with a door keypad. We only stayed one night and had to catch an early flight home. I appreciated being able to do some laundry before we headed home. My kids loved the pool and lazy river. My 6 year old is short and was sad not to be able to ride the slides (have to be 48 inches) There are many restaurants close by and we ate at CiCi's pizza for dinner. There is a helpful book on the counter all about the property. I would have loved to stay for a longer time.

This was a very convenient and accommodating location to stay at during a recent Disney trip. You're right on 192 so there's no shortage of food, bar, and shopping options. You're also a simple 10-15 minute drive from the Disney parks. Easy to locate with plenty of parking. I was only traveling with one other person, so there was plenty of room, but even with a few more people it would've still been comfortable. It was very clean and everything was very easy to locate and operate. There was an outdoor screened in patio as well with a table and chairs.

James home is in an awesome location. 5-6 miles to Disney. Home is very well kept and very clean. Great for a large family. Home has its own pool in the back. Grocery store (Public) 3 minutes away.

James’s place was excellent. We were 5 people and had a very comfortable stay thanks to several bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a large well-equipped kitchen. The resort’s pool and gym were very nice. James was a very friendly host and always responded extremely fast.

Great location to visit Disney World and enjoy Florida. Our family Was able to enjoy community pool and lazy river and water slide and the small heated pool outside the back door. You can easily walk to community pool and gym .

The house is excellent, very clean, spacious and well located. It has 4 bedrooms, two suites. The condominium is super quiet and safe and has a great pool. We were 8 people and the space was perfect. The kitchen is well assembled and with everything needed to prepare a meal. The house is 15 minutes from Disney parks and 25 minutes from Universal parks. Mohan is a great host and has always been in touch and on hand. I highly recommend to stay in this space. Perfect for families. Thank you Mohan for the great experience.

My Family and I had such an amazing time here. We didn't get to do much outside of the house because of Hurricane Dorian , So we stayed in most of our stay. Having a our house well put together was just what we needed. It made our stay unforgettable! Mohan & Mark were very communicative. Any needs or questions we had were answered promptly .We can't wait to come back.

This is a great place for a family! Pool with water slide, lazy river, miniature golf, park, basketball court, batting cages, tennis court and more all available to guests that stay. We are a family of five ranging from 2 -12 and all my kids loved it. Just as described in pictures but more!

The hotel room was spotless, I recommend 100%. The arrival was very simple, with the smart lock they have. I would return without hesitation. Very comfortable beds, and there is a small refrigerator and hair dryer. I recommend with total confidence.

The place is quiet, clean and very nice. The large and comfortable bed. The unit has everything necessary for cooking. The facilities were fine, the large pool was perfect, and another was closed. The tikibar was open but we did not consume, and the attention at reception is very friendly. The location is perfect for the parks, we only had one problem with the free shuttle that took us to the park CAREFUL! There is no problem going there, we are looking for 10:15 by the reception and travels several hours until arriving at Disney, which makes the arrival time at the park 11:30 but for us it is not a problem because we had admission at 12, The problem comes when wanting to return to the hotel. We discovered that they have as a methodology to make some passengers staying in Kissimmee have to return with a dubious taxi and making the hotel pay for the return of the passengers, in our case we paid $ 45 the first night when what supposedly happened was that the bus stopped in another place instead of the one indicated by the hotel. The hotel reimburses our money. The second night, knowing that something strange could happen we arrived well in advance of the place. The bus arrived, it took us only to us and I don't wait for other passengers. Already on the way the driver took us down the middle of the route and made us take an Uber, which paid the same and sent us to the hotel. We had an ugly and tense moment because the driver was not friendly when explaining that situation and only said that he had to go back to Disney for business. Again another experience with the bus, So CAREFUL do it to drain the tourist. Do not give the hotel the service but I would not recommend it either! For the rest everything was very good! I would definitely stay again!

Very nice place and surroundings

This is definitely the perfect home in the Orlando area. Very large, comfortable, with everything needed to host a family. The condominium is pleasant and is close to several shopping centers and restaurants. Access to the parks is easy, but it is good to rent a car. We received all the information to access the property and we had no problems during the stay. I recommend it with enthusiasm.

It is as seen in the photos. The place is nice, very well located and safe. It is a place where you can have a great time and in the surroundings there are very interesting things. We will surely stay here again.

Vered's place is what you would expect from a high rated host. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and the location was only 20 minutes from Disney. The community is also in a safe neighborhood which is a plus.

This rental is the absolute best! We had such an amazing stay and found it so convenient for our week with the Mouse. The pool/park area was perfect for everyone (Grandma loved it especially!) and it is HEATED! So even when the air was cool the pool and hot tub felt fantastic! Barbara has thought of all the necessities when traveling with children. She has beds, a bed safety rail, extra sleeping options, toys, bath toys, strollers, high chairs, swim safety gear, dishes and utensils, and more! Kitchen is also well stocked with tools, dishes, and pots/pans. Plenty of towels in the rental too! (Even Nemo ones for the pool!) Target is super close, and we took advantage of that nightly on our way home from the parks. It was plenty of room for our family of 4 plus grandma. It was great to have a bedroom on the first floor that she didn't have to access via staircase. We will stay here again in the future! Thank you!

This AirBNB is by stores, restaurants and not too far from the parks. It’s also by an Orlando outlet mall. This place is roomy, and clean and well stocked. Also has a wonderful washer and dryer, and located in a quite part of the complex. It is gated and the gate personnel make check in super easy.

Our stay at the villa was wonderful. Very clean and cozy, with perfect amenities! They even had a stroller. High chair, pack n play, indoor toys, and pool toys! Those were lifesavers for us. Our family had a fabulous time!

We had a very relaxing night at Cristhian’s place after the whole day at Universal Studios. Even though it was a last-minute reservation, the hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet, we’d recommend it to anyone!

Gabe and Paola’s place is excellent. Nice and spacious, updated and clean. Massive king size bed was really comfy. The pool and gym in the complex are a bit outdated but great for kids and groups. Only 15 minutes from Disney. Did not meet Gabe and Paola but they were exceptionally responsive. Recommend to anyone visiting Orlando.

This is a great location for visiting Orlando, its minutes from Disney World... The house is very roomy, we had ten of us staying and had plenty of room. I loved the Hot Tub and Pool. Very nice and quiet location.

Perfect place to stay if you have a big friend group or a big family. House was amazing and in a good location had a great time.

Outstanding experience!! The host response times was within minutes, and extremely helpful and accommodating. The hosts really made this a great experience, it's obvious they truly care about your experience and take pride in there home. The home was clean, the Pool and Hot Tub were nice, we had 10 people and each couple had their own room. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is also a club house that has a large pool and water play area for the kids, and larger hot tub for adults. It's close to shopping and activities, so very convenient. I cant say enough good things about this home and the hosts. We will definitelybe staying here in the future.

Good value for money and quite close to Disney World

Place was super clean and room was in great condition. Housekeeping came daily and kept our room clean with clean towels. Having a laundry really saved the day for us and it's only $2 for washer and dryer. Pool looked great but it was very cold so we could not get in. Plenty of parking was available. Front desk personnel were very nice and kind. Breakfast was very simple (toast, cereal, hard boiled eggs, coffee, fruits and juice) but it's better than nothing specially if you need a quick bite before hitting the parks. Place is well lit, gated and close to many restaurants, publix, target and Walmart.

The room was exactly as described in the ad. Extremely comfortable beds. Cleanliness A1. The site is perfectly located near everything. Excellent service at reception. Always received with a smile! Only downside: the pool was not functional and it had not been specified when booking.

Hotel with great location (very close to Disney parks), great service and excellent facilities. The beds are hyper comfortable. The room had a microwave, minibar and iron. The breakfast left something to be desired as it is only served from 7:30 am (relatively late time for those who want to arrive early in the parks) and because it is very basic, containing only loaf of bread, boiled eggs, cereals, butter, jam, green banana, mini chocolate muffin, apple juice, coffee and hot milk. It is worth the hosting for the cost benefit and location. Tip: Buy some food at Walmart or Sam's club - very close to the hotel- given that the room has a microwave and fridge.

Place was nice and clean. Beds were comfy and location was very convenient to pretty much everything. Great place to stay after a long night of Disney.
