La Rochelle est mondialement célèbre, notamment grâce aux deux tours qui en gardent l'entrée, la tour de la Chaîne et la tour Saint-Nicolas.

    A louer T2 de 31 m² au 2ème étage dans immeuble typique du centre ville. Appartement très calme avec une situation exceptionnelle. Si vous aimez le marché le matin, les promenades dans la vieille ville, courir le long de la mer jusqu'au port des minimes, être au coeur des animations le soir, alors cet appartement vous ravira ! Animaux non admis et appartement non-fumeur
    Le logement a la particularité d'être très bien situé, il est à la fois au cœur de toutes les activités et animations du vieux port tout en restant dans une rue très calme la nuit (car c'est une rue commerçante). L'arrivée et l'accueil des voyageurs peut se faire à toutes les heures que vous souhaitez après 15h (même tard le soir). Il faut minimum me prévenir 1h avant.
    Accessible à pied: - Les rues commerçantes situées sous les arcades (au pied de l’immeuble) - Les halles du marché ouvertes 7j/7 et le marché extérieur mercredi et samedi, produit frais et locaux, vente directe producteur, pêche du jour… (2 minutes) - La Grosse Horloge, le vieux port et ses festivals de rues, Francofolies, les deux Tours (2 minutes) - Départ des bus (déplacements illimités pour 12, 50 €/ pers pour 1 sem) – Arrêt en bas de l’immeuble - L’Aquarium (10 minutes) - Le musée des automates et le musée des modèles réduits (10min) - La plage de la Concurrence et plage des minimes (15 minutes) - La gare (15 minutes)

    Une situation exceptionnelle, le charme du vintage ! Pacific Princess est amarré dans le bassin des yachts et bénéficie d'une situation privilégiée au pied des 2 tours de La Rochelle. Vous apprécierez prendre votre petit déjeuner sur le pont du bateau en profitant des premiers rayons du soleil et que dire du petit verre de vin après une journée de tourisme... Les attractions touristiques (vieille ville, musée maritime, aquarium...), restaurants et commerces sont à proximité immédiate.
    Pacific Princess est un bateau des années 80 mesurant 7.65 mètres. Il offre 4 couchages mais pour des raisons de confort nous le louons pour 2 personnes maximum : une couchette double privative à l'avant. Pour un confort maximal nous vous conseillons d'amener votre nécessaire de couchage (draps + duvet ou couverture) mais si vous souhaitez voyager "léger" nous mettons à votre disposition un kit de couchage à usage unique (draps + taies + plaid) ; les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas fournies. Un espace cabinet de toilette (lavabo + WC) est à disposition. Cependant, afin de respecter au mieux l'environnement, nous vous invitons à utiliser exclusivement les douches et sanitaires de la capitainerie situés à 50m et ouverts 24h/24 (1€ la douche) . Les équipements mis à disposition vous permettront de passer un agréable séjour : TV (uniquement clé USB), plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur, bouilloire, chauffage, vaisselle...   • I had a pleasant stay, waking up in the morning between the boats and the seagulls makes a good start to the day. Charles kindly passed me a sheet kit that I had forgotten. I just find it a shame that it is marked WC at our disposal when we can not use them .. even if going on an expedition to the harbor office is part of the adventure!

    Studette indépendante du pavillon, zone très calme, 10 mn centre La Rochelle (20 mn en bus avec arrêt 2 mn à pied), 10 mn Ile de Ré, 5 mn à pied ZC et centre bourg. Pièce principale : Coin repas (sans plaque cuisson), micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, grille pain, bouilloire, cafetière + Dolcé Gusto, chaises hautes, armoire penderie étagères, canapé lit 2 places (matelas confortable 140), télévision, Wi-fi. Salle d'eau (Douche, meuble vasque), WC (Indépendant) - Draps + serviettes fournis pour 10€
    Ce logement indépendant est très accessible par la RN11 (Paris, Poitiers) ou par la rocade RN137 (Bordeaux). Situé dans une zone pavillonnaire très calme, il possède son entrée privée et une petite terrasse sans vis à vis. Le stationnement gratuit est sur la voie publique devant le logement. Il est à 5 minutes à pied de la plus grande zone commerciale de l'agglomération Rochelaise. Les arrêts de bus, qui sont à 2 minutes et 10 minutes à pied, donnent accès directement au centre ville de La Rochelle et même à la plage des minimes en un maximum de 20 minutes (Lignes 13, 14, illico 4 et D4 (Voir site de la RTCR). La première plage de l’île de Ré (Sablanceaux) est également accessible en bus avec changement à la gare routière au centre ville de La Rochelle (Voir détails dans rubrique transport).
    Quartier calme, très proche (5 minutes à pied) du centre bourg avec vente pizzas à emporter et de la zone commerciale avec tous commerces, restaurants et sites de restauration rapide.

  • the studio is actually nicer in person - i feel the photos don't do it justice! had to pay 10euro for sheets and towels but considering the price per night that is fine. shower is lovely and big, he left 4 coffee pods which was great. if you are looking to stay here whilst you visit la rochelle i don't recommend unless you don't mind paying 11-15euros per taxi ride into town. quiet neighbourhood with no shops locally - 15 min walk away there are loads of shops such as lidl, mcdonalds and restaurants. overall i definitely recommend.

    L'appartement est situé au 3ème et dernier étage d'un immeuble classé monument historique. Refait à neuf, ce T2 de 30m2, est idéal pour un couple. Cosy et lumineux, il est composé -> d'une cuisine américaine équipée (micro-onde, bouilloire, Nespresso, blender, couverts et vaisselle). -> d'un coin repas pour 4 personnes -> d'un espace salon avec TV et canapé qui se transforme en un tour de main en un lit de 190*132. -> d'une chambre avec lit 190*140 et de son espace douche.

  • Very cute, clean, cozy flat. Centrally located to lots of attractions. One thing to keep in mind is it’s located up 3 flights of narrow stairs which can be challenging with luggage. Also, it’s perfect for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. 4 adults would be tight. It’s a lovely place though. Would highly recommend!

Placé au coeur de toutes les commodités, commerces, supérettes, lignes de bus ( pour l'île de ré) et à 2,5 km du vieux port les vélos suffisent pour se balader. Possibilité de louer pour un court séjour Linge de maison et de toilettes non fourni, par contre vous avez à disposition des couettes ( sans housses) et des oreillers ( sans taies) A bientôt pour de belles vacances.

Vous pourrez profiter des bus de mer"yellow-boat"qui font la navette toutes les demies heures et pourront vous déposez au vieux port et profiter des locations de vélos disponible un peu partout dans la ville pour y découvrir les alentours .

  • We spent 3 days at the top for the discovery of La Rochelle. A hyper responsive host by messages or telephone from arrival to departure. The apartment is ideally located. With a stroller and a 3 month old baby we were 2 minutes walk from the port. The dream. The accommodation is quiet and well equipped. Plus, a pool open all day. 28 ° c of pleasure. Small but sufficient accommodation for a couple with a child. We left with a baby and we had enough room to fit all the equipment. The perfect location to visit the city, the port, go to the market, eat, have a drink, stroll, do qq shopping at the supermarket located 100m. We only took the car to visit the Ile de Re which is only 30 minutes away. Parking (paying 10th / day) reserved underground. The little touches of Beatrice in the accommodation tea coffee oil dressing etc. The sofa reads very comfortable. Très lumineux, entièrement refait et équipé à neuf, son emplacement au calme saura vous séduire. A moins de 5 minutes à pied, vous pourrez flâner au choix dans les ruelles commerçantes, faire vos courses dans le vieux marché ou vous asseoir en terrasse des nombreux bars et restaurants. Draps et serviettes fournis sans supplément.
    Nous sommes situés dans l'hypercentre de la ville, à proximité des lieux de vie les plus convoités ( bars et restaurants autour du marché, place de Verdun, ...), et malgré tout, le logement se situe dans une rue calme, et au fond d'une cour lumineuse, donc au calme pour pouvoir se reposer de ses visites et balades. Idéal également d'être au calme pour les voyageurs pour business.
    Le centre ville de La Rochelle est célèbre pour son architecture remarquable. Idéalement situé proche de la place de Verdun, vous avez l'embarras du choix pour aller au restaurant, en terrasse d'un bar proche du marché ( actif tous les matins), ou bien passer par les parcs pour aller vers la plage de la concurrence ( à 20 minutes à pied par les parcs!!). Vous êtes également à 7 minutes à pied du vieux port et de son animation. La place de Verdun est par ailleurs la gare routière des bus de l'agglomération pour vous emmener plus loin dans vos explorations ( île de Ré, aquarium, Châtelaillon-Plage, parc des expositions, port des minimes,....)

    Appartement entièrement rénové, équipé et décoré par nos soins: les tableaux sont peints par mon mari , et les petites touches de décoration par moi. Pour votre confort, nous avons changé la literie: un lit double 140x200cm neuf avec surmatelas est à votre disposition depuis le 6 janvier 2020. Le canapé lit est un lit de 120x190cm, adapté pour deux enfants ou un adulte. A bientôt sur La Rochelle.
    Idéalement situé en face de la gare TGV, le studio vous permettra de partir facilement à la découverte des points d'intérêts de la ville et de la région comme l'Île de Ré. Le centre-ville se trouve à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Le vieux port de La Rochelle est à 10 minutes a pied soit 900 m. L'aquarium et l'espace Encan est à 5 minutes à pied soit à 400 m. Le parking gratuit le plus proche est a 800m de l'appartement, juste a coté du musée maritime.

  • It was only for one night, but the stay went very well! We were able to make our dinner at the apartment without problems, there are all the necessary equipment! The location is just perfect if you want to visit La Rochelle it is near the train station near Place Verdun so zero worries! For the car it is a little more complicated but there are places around! We weren't bothered even though there were two or three Sooters at night in the street next door (just close the shutters and voila) We recommend and we will definitely come back :)

    Des anciens ateliers de menuiserie ont été transformés en plusieurs corps de maison avec jardinets privatifs disposés autour d\'une cour accessible de la rue par une allée. La maison a été divisée en studio au rez-de-chaussée et duplex au 1er étage, avec entrées indépendantes se partageant un jardinet avec pergola séparé de la terrasse par un claustra et abri vélo, la terrasse étant réservée par défaut pour le studio pour plus d\'intimité. Le duplex comporte 1 lit 140, 1 clic - clac 140 et 2 matelas 90 au sol ce qui permet d optimiser l appartement jusqu'à 6 personnes. L idéal étant 4 personnes

    Voilier suédois à quai, un cocon sur l'eau pour mieux se retrouver. A 15mn à pied du centre ville où de la plage. Parking gratuit sur place. Vélos sur place 2€ le week-end. Je peux vous accueillir à la gare.
    Le calme du ponton, le bruit de l'eau contre la coque, le vent, un cockpit qui devient une magnifique terrasse avec la tour de la lanterne juste derrière. Parking gratuit sur place. Pour location semaine ou autre me demander. C'est un endroit très agréable pour séjourner, se retrouver dans un cocon, revenir à l'essentiel, prendre du temps pour se ressourcer entre amis(ies), amoureux ou famille. Le bateau un Albin Vega est très réputé dans le nord de l'Europe, c'est un modèle qui a traversé tous les océans, tous sont partis de Suède où il est fabriqué. Il mesure 8,40m et la hauteur du carré (séjour) est de 1,80m. C'est un bateau ancien et entretenu, l'hygiène est très importante pour nous, tout est désinfecté après chaque utilisation. À bord se trouve une cabine avant (lit pour deux personnes) avec une porte qui sépare du carré (séjour). Le carré lui est équipé de deux banquettes, d'un coin cuisine pour prendre des repas simples et d'un évier. De grandes vitres apportent la lumière et permettent une vue imprenable sur l'eau et les bateaux. Un bateau n'est pas un appartement, on vit au plus près des éléments, si la météo est clémente les conditions sont idéales, si c'est tempête il faut s'attendre à des mouvements et le vent siffle dans les mats. L'hiver il peut y avoir de la condensation au plafond du fait de la difference de température entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur, bref, c'est un dépaysement total, une petite aventure, personellement j'y trouve beaucoup de charme et de plaisir.... A vous de voir ...
    Le Port des Minimes, endroit calme et si vous le souhaitez, le centre ville est à 15mn à pieds avec toutes les activités, vous longerez alors le bras de mer qui vous mène en ville, vous logez à exactement 1km du centre, l'aquarium, le vieux port, les bars, boutiques, restaurants, monuments, plages etc....

  • Our stay on Paco’s boat was nice, he was a very helpful host. The dock is about a 20 min walk from the centre which was fine for us. Toilets/showers were a 5 min walk from the boat but really clean and well kept! Overall a really nice experience, glad we decided to stay here!
