Robert’s place was a great little place to stay during our short trip to town. Our flight landed late but Robert was very accommodating and allowed us late entry. We also loved the little extra he provided such as drinks in the mini fridge ect.

Great space, super sweet pup on site, close to everything, and a very cozy environment. I would highly recommend staying here while in Lexington.

Great place to stay ! You can expect Martha Stewart hospitality !!! Immaculate and the bed was so comfortable I did not want to get up to go to work . Reesee the canine assistant host made me feel welcomed with every wag of his tail. Robert has thought of every detail to make his guest comfortable. I particularly appreciated the informational directions posted throughout the home and the local information guides . Regrettably, I did not get a chance to check out the backyard..... maybe next time.

10/10 would recommend. Robert goes out of his way to make his space a home away from home for you. Reesee is a plus too! 😉

My 11 year old son was having open heart surgery at UK. Our family was looking for a place close to the hospital where we could shower, nap and keep our little one if he got restless at the hospital. This place was PERFECT! Less than 10 minutes to the hospital, clean, and had everything we needed. We will back. Hopefully just for a fun stay!

I had a wonderful time & would definitely recommend staying here. I did make one mistake, though, that I think is worth mentioning. I got a little lost trying to find the location. To be clear, this is 0% Jasons's fault— Jason gave accurate & helpful information. My mistake was clicking the location in an email, which my GPS interpreted as coordinates, rather than an address. This put me in the neighborhood right behind the actual location. It wasn't at all a problem— didn't take but a minute to drive around the right way—and I'm sure I'd have had a better experience if I had followed Jason's directions more closely. The actual address takes you to the right location, and the house is easy to see from the street. Just be sure you're not a fool like me— use the address, not the coordinates!

Such a beautiful, stylish space!! it was in the perfect location and such a homey feel to the tiny house, i recommend anyone to stay here! they are such great hosts and take good care of you and your needs!

OMG! What a beautiful space! It was my first tiny house experience and boy it did not disappoint! LOVED making coffee in the AM with freshly ground coffee and putting some music music on! Bathroom was a sanctuary and I loved everything about the space!!! Stay here! You won’t regret it!

The apartment was super easy to get to, parking was right out front and everything was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. Noise wasn’t an issue from the neighbors or outside for us and especially loved the bedroom being dark in the morning it made sleeping in amazing! Would highly recommend and would stay again.

The place was perfect for my stay. It was easily accessible to many restaurants, shopping centers, and area extractions. The only down side is that’s it’s located right off a busy street so there was a lot of noise but that’s mentioned when booking. Otherwise perfect.

Patrick is a great host and The Attic felt like home. The location was perfect for me, close to downtown without the congestion. Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Patrick is very knowledgable about the local culture and is ready for suggestion is you ask. Overwhelmingly satisfied.

Patrick was a wonderful host. He was quick to respond, very helpful when I had a few questions and he recommended a few places to go when we arrived there, where to get food after the concert and places for breakfast in the morning. Parking was great, place was clean, inviting and we all in all had a wonderful time. Just fyi, the beds felt amazing. Had a wonderful nights sleep. Those beds were more comfortable than the one I have at my house!!!!!

This place was absolutely incredible! Way better than we ever expected. Patrick was extremely easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. He provided plenty of recommendations specific to what we wanted and kept us busy! Water, snacks, coffee, coupons, the works were all waiting for us upon arrival. We felt very comfortable and at ease and it allowed us to have a space to come back to and relax and feel at home. We will definitely be back, thanks Patrick!!

Great place! It’s very cozy and nicely decorated. They had a manual with things to see/do in the area, as well as how to control the ac/heater. The kitchen has your basics (microwave, oven, stove, plates, etc.). There were plenty of towels & blankets available. The bed & pillows were VERY comfortable. It was a short drive to downtown and plenty of grocery stores & restaurants. It was a great little place to stay during my business trip.

As a solo female traveler I hesitate to book rooms in the homes of male hosts but I felt safe and cozy here. This bed was so comfy, so many stores to walk to and this home smelled like a sexy man! You will want to stay longer.

This is an outstanding listing which includes an entirely separate guest apartment located behind a private house, and detached from it, in a fine residential neighborhood. The apartment is luxuriously furnished with top of the line linens, towels, etc. and is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, bar sink and countertop and cooking and eating utensils. The hosts are very accommodating and check in and check out was the easiest this Airbnb traveler has experienced. Also note, the parking is great and the apartment is easily accessible without climbing a single stair. Highest recommendation. You will be delighted if you are lucky enough to book this apartment!

Very clean and nice space, with a very comfortable bed. It was quiet and private, and if you spend enough time sitting on the wrapped around porch, you might get lucky enough to hang out with a really friendly and sweet dog!

This place is an absolutely haven. By far the cleanest and most accommodating experience I've ever had. The owners were super prompt in their responses. The space was clean, roomy, and full of thoughtful little touches that really made it feel homey. I have absolutely no complaints. And would highly recommend this to anyone in need of a getaway with close access to the City.

Very clean, nice neighborhood we felt very safe. And quick responses to any issues you may have. We had trouble with the key pad but within min had the info to get to an emergency key.

Valerie is very responsive and helpful, and the home was lovely. Spacious, modern decor, and lots of nice touches, from tea, snacks and basic cooking supplies (cooking spray, spices, baking powder/soda, etc.) in the kitchen, to extra toiletries in the bathroom. The beds were comfy, the location was close to the UK campus, and we had plenty of room to spread out. Since my daughter, a UK student, couldn't come home, I brought home to her, with help from Valerie. Thank you!

Shoshana's place is really spacious! 2 couples could easily share this apt. King bed was so nice, great linens too. The whole space is tastefully decorated and supplied with everything you'll need! We really enjoyed our stay at Shoshana’s Airbnb! The home was very clean, stylishly decorated and had great amenities to accommodate our stay (I.e. Keurig with all the necessities). I would highly recommend Shoshana as a host if you’re ever in Lexington and need a place to stay.

Michelle was great. Her place was sparkling clean. The tiny house was a unique experience and probably not my first go to -i guess I like to sprawl. But Michelle's directions and descriptions of things were very easy to understand and the home is utterly adorable. It smelled nice and was super cozy. If I was staying for more than a night, I probably would have fallen in love with it but it was an adjustment and I wasn't there long enough to really adapt. Her response time to us was outstanding, much quicker than other super hosts I have recently used. The tiny home is in the garden space of her back yard which was a little nerve wracking to me, but all in all it was a nice clean neighborhood not far from down town. I felt safe and comfortable. Additionally, the loft bed is extremely cozy and immensely comfortable. I want one for my room!

There space is lovely and full of light. The upstairs bed is incredibly comfortable and quite easy to access. The tiny house is well located - I found it very easy to get around Lexington from this home base. The host was very responsive to my questions and when an issue arose it was addressed immediately and thoughtfully. I recommend this stay.

George’s place was definitely a steal! The artwork in his home is beautiful and it’s a comfortable environment. The only I didn’t realize is that there’s another airbnb room in this house. If you don’t like the mystery of staying with unknown people in a different room, it might not be the place for you.

Clean and cozy. I did not personally meet the hosts but they responded promptly to all inquires and were very accommodating. Room is clean and comfortable with plenty of space to stretch out. Bathroom is on the first floor (vs room on the top) and little small would be the only "negative."

I really enjoyed staying at Ross' place, also a big thanks to Adrienne the co-host there! I was traveling to Lexington for a friend's wedding and this place was just what I needed. It's got a shared bathroom which is lovely and clean with a great shower. The room is a good size and looks as shown in the picture. They Air BnB their other room but everyone was very clean and considerate and I hardly saw them during my 5 nights stay. Adrienne was very helpful with local tips which I really appreciated. Without this great value for money, I would not have been able to make the trip.

Solid stay for some out of towners taking in a play at the After Culture Theatre. Great commons area with sleeper couch/futon and TV. High ceilings and wood floors and a homey feel overall.

Stay here very close to the city nice house just a great place

I was here on my own after a week work, and I stayed for two nights in December. The apartment is really big for my standards, with a huge living/bedroom and a kitchen. It is an attic, with three little windows, so not the brightest (esp. on cloudy days in Dec). The frst night something about the heaters did not work too well, so it was a bit cold. The next morning Eli came and brought a new space heater, so my second night was perfect and warm.

Such a nice, quiet, cozy place to stay! It was exactly what we needed for the night. The directions for the parking lot in the back and location of the stairs really helped us identify the place with ease. We were within walking distance of the Rupp arena and many different bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and super cute! We very much appreciate the good communication we had with the host(s) and quick responses to our messages. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Roberts home was great. It’s in a quiet more residential area but a close drive to other areas of Lexington. The fenced in back yard was nice if you are traveling with dogs.

There are no words for what I just experienced at this AirBnB. This was the most comfortable I have ever felt in an AirBnB. Cleaner than a hotel with beautiful amenities. Susan‘s place is extremely clean, very comfortable bed! Soft linens, and I love the decorations, the barn door on the bathroom and the floors were so shiny and clean. Very comfy cozy place that I would highly recommend!

This space was perfect for 2 people just needing somewhere to sleep while attending a horse show at Kentucky Horse Park. The location to restaurants was perfect.

The house has been updated very nicely, but retains an ambience consistent with its original design. It is quite comfortable, as accurately reflected in the listing photos. We selected this property because of its proximity to the house of our friends and we hope to stay there many, many times again when we visit them in Lex.

Very cute and comfortable space. The area was quiet and having the park across the street for walking my little dog was excellent!! He enjoyed the stay as much as we did.

A great Airbnb experience! I stayed here for a month and felt comfortable with a good amount of space. Lot's of natural light make this cute little house a great place to wake up to! Check-in and communication were great - Breck and Linda are wonderful Airbnb hosts!

We had a very short stay, just overnight, but this house is in a great location, especially being across the street from a park. The beds are comfy and the showers were hot and my family definitely appreciated the snacks after our long drive. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible value for the location. Not sure I’d pick it for a long term stay, but we were in town for the night for the UK game and it was prime. Clean, tidy, easy access, and had ramen noodles.

The place was great and plenty of room. Everything clean and organized. I wish this place is available in my next visit to Lexington. Thank you.

Good place, good value

Great stay close to Lexington center. The bed was comfortable with very soft linens, and everything was exceptionally clean. Many small touches around the house to let you know what is available for your use (towels, toiletries, etc.). The home was quiet, checkin and checkout were easy, and Reesee (the dog) was very well behaved. Waking up to the smell of fresh banana bread was a plus, but would stay here again regardless.

Robert’s house is clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to downtown. The bed was comfortable and every amenity was provided. Reesee took a bit to warm up to me, but once she did she was very sweet. This place was exactly what I needed- a comfy bed to crash in.

Robert’s place was great. He has thoughtful touches throughout the place and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our night stay.

I enjoy staying here throughout the months.

Even though our stay was incredibly short, we loved staying with Mark. His furry friends are incredibly sweet, and the accommodations were wonderful. We would stay here again in the future!

Mark's place in located in a safe and cozy neighborhood. Expect furry ambassadors (four friendly felines) to welcome you. You will need to drive a little for meals and hearty snacks.

We would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Lexington. The host was helpful and available for questions. The cats were quite friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The in room electric Fireplace was a nice feature. Quiet neighborhood and a nice private room.

Mark's place was incredibly accommodating. They thought of absolutely everything and anything you could possibly want as someone staying with them, and put it in the space you reserve. I loved every minute of it and truly appreciated the thoughtfulness of everything. Also, their cats are super sweet and warm.

We absolutely loved Breck and Linda’s place. It was clean, close to everything, and had all of the amenities we could have needed. Check in was easy, communication was quick, and the house was exactly as described. We come to Lexington to visit frequently and would stay here again without hesitation.

Linda and Breck’s house is the best in Lex. It’s homy and it’s clean. They have everything you need. And you can’t beat the price! Would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our last minute stay. It’s a big place with a lovely yard, about a 15 minute walk in to downtown. There is a fantastic park at the top of the street. Our hosts were great!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was super clean, well decorated, and homey. We enjoyed the space, and the long driveway was a huge plus. It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The yard was a bit small for our dog, but we brought him to the park nearby for him to run around. The couches were super comfy and we appreciated the little snacks that were provided.
