This was a great, quiet place to stay. Close walking to some breweries. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Many small details that were appreciated, especially in the entrance.

My husband and I were only in Madison for one night and this place was amazing- we wish we could stay longer! It was clean, stylish, large space, and overall perfect for our stay. The host was extremely helpful with checking in/ parking. It was a great location- near downtown, and very close to the lake. We will definitely be staying again.

Great place! Very industrial. I was really only there to sleep and shower and it was perfect for what I needed. The connection to Netflix was nice!!

It's a pretty big space. I was surprised. I just needed a place to sleep for one night, but actually, it would be a great place to stay for a week.

These guys take being Superhost to an entirely new level. They are very thoughtful providing literally a very comfortable cave to dwell in during the coldest night I've experienced in many years @ 10° with a great high pressure hot as you like it shower, a personal space heater, mini fridge, and even down to the mint *clears throat, and whispers, leftover Christmas bite size candy cane on pillows upon check-in. 😄 They blend the perfect balance of allowing you space and freedom to use their home at leisure while interacting with friendliness and personality according to guests preference. Great value for the cost. Far exceeded all of my expectations.

Very cozy nook. I was in town for an interview and my dumb self forgot my tie, it was late and I had my interview before any clothing stores opened. Johnathon graciously let me borrow a tie and saved me from myself. Also, he keeps Dr. Bronner’s soap. 12/10 stay all around

Janets place was fabulous. Hardwood floors. French Doors. Great bed, linens, and towels. Fresh coffee and a French press made the stay perfect.

Jordan proclaims this space as not finished! However, he has made the space cozy and comfortable with added special touches! It has the 1930s charm. I look forward to staying again and seeing the space when it is finished. Jordan has done an amazing job thus far!

Get ready for the best sleep of your life! The bed and pillows were so soft it was like sleeping on a cloud. I absolutely love the style of this place. If you are a simple, chill person you are going to love it here. Jordan was quick to my needs and very friendly. The fireplace adds that's cozy feeling. Loved that you can write messages with a marker on the mini fridge and the tiny coffee maker made me feel right at home. There are liquor stores, restraunts, and gas stations 3 minutes away so it's in a great location as well. Definitely recommend is place.

Stephen's place is a fun, vintage apartment on a nice block. Very quiet. Clean, tidy and well-organized. Great couch and comfortable bed. Walkable location near the capitol and everything the neighborhood has to offer (so many restaurants, museums and small shops!).

Cool space! Roomy, but cozy. Located in a cute neighborhood. Street parking. I arrived late, so there was a lockbox and a private entrance. Good communication, as I booked somewhat last minute. Space was clean. Clean, fluffy hotel style towels. Good wifi. I liked it. Would stay again!

Awesome place with great amenities and easily accessible

Cozy room, perfect for a night or even a few. Very easy access, clean, and the giant windows are a nice part of the room. Would definitely book here again. As other reviews have mentioned, you can definitely hear noise from the upstairs unit (walking around), but it wasn’t something that impacted my stay.

This is a hotel room. Spacious brand new rooms. They serve coffee and Danish every morning downstairs as you are leaving. Great for parents visiting their darling teens at college.

Exactly as expected. Its a clean hotel room with a keypad code provided for entry into the hotel and your personal room. Great value for the money.

Fantastic location. Within walking distance to Lazy Jane’s coffee house and Willy Street food Coop. We really had a great time. The room was sparkling clean and smelled great. The beds were very comfortable.

Had a great stay at Johnathan & Nayomi's place. I was only there for 1 night and only interacted with them briefly, but they were friendly and hospital. The location is pretty convenient, they keep a clean home, check in/check out was simple, and the room itself is comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend staying here!

Tommy’s place is very nice and spacious. It’s above a bar so it’s very convenient to grab some food below and bring it back to the room. The floor is sound proof so there is no issue sleeping at night. Recommend this stay

You'd never suspect that such a cool loft was hiding in the upper floor of this building. It made for a really nice rustic atmosphere. Tommy was there to greet my friend and I upon arrival and was very generous. There was a big snow storm going on that day so the metal staircase going up to the main door was quite slippery (made full use of the handrails). Otherwise our time there was pleasant. On a related note, there is a small venue downstairs that has live music and being that it was a Saturday night you could definitely hear it from upstairs, but me friend and I were staying up late anyway so it was fine for us ;)

Loved my stay! It's a huge space with high ceilings and beautiful wood. Check in and check out were both a breeze. I would definitely recommend.

We were in town for a Badger hockey game and this was the perfect location and just what we needed for a night’s stay. Great coffee btw!!

Marsha’s place was cozy, in a great location, particularly for easy access to the UW Hospital and Med School. I used her place as a home base for a school interview and it was perfect. Marsha herself is very kind and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Despite -10 temps the space was warm and an excellent place to come back to and relax in. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay with Marsha.

Marsha is an amazing host. The extra touches and the home away from home feel make it very comfortable. As a travel RN who works 7 pm to 8 am, the space was quiet and very comfortable. The location is central to many Madison sites and restaurants. I will most certainly stay again!

Marsha's guest suite was a lot larger than I anticipated from the pictures she had in the listing! The suite had everything I needed for a comfortable stay for a few days. It was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown. It was also near a shopping area with a few restaurants. I would recommend her place to anyone looking for a convenient stay in Madison.

A great place to stay just outside of Downtown Madison, but far enough away that downtown noise and traffic are not an issue. Marsha was very accommodating as well. I would stay here again and would recommend staying here!

Sandi and Bill took care of the snow/slush that fell so it wonderful to move about outside. They provided space in the refrigerator for the items I purchased to reheat for breakfast each morning and had the 'coffee ready to make'; and I forgot to tell them I don't drink coffee. Sorry Bill & Sandi. But the touches and notes helped most places. Filtered water available too. Many small suggestions were great surprises to come upon.. I definitely would stay again when visiting Madison WI.

The front porch was a very cozy place to stay. I stayed in December and it was comfortably warm with a small heater. There were also thoughtful touches, overall this was a great place to stay!

Randy and Aaron's place is absolutely wonderful. They did not miss a single detail. The towels and the bedding were luxurious. The little extras (breakfast staples in the kitchenette a drink token for the local bar, and more) really made us say wow! The house is charming and Randy and Aaron are so friendly. The location was also superb... especially if you enjoy craft beer. I would 100% recommend you stop reading this review and just book the room already!

Randy and Aaron totally do Airbnb right. It's a lovely Victorian house/apartment, but they provide excellent extras: lux linens and towels, healthy snacks in the kitchen, and since it was Valentine's Day there were decorations and chocolates to round it out for us. And, everything they recommended for things to do and places to go turned out as promised. Great accommodations in a great city -- highly recommended.

What a great studio! Randy and Aaron were very gracious hosts. The studio is stocked with absolutely everything you need, and though it is petite it is very private and well laid out. This is an awesome neighborhood in Madison and walking distance to excellent bars, restaurants, and entertainment. Highly recommended, would love to stay here again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this little slice of paradise. It is a real gem in every way, from a wonderfully comfortable bed and linens, to freshly ground coffee, with bagels and orange juice. The pictures in the listing are spot on! Clean and comfortable. We had an excellent stay! This was just the right size for our family and it was within walking distance of the ice arenas on campus. Parking on the street was readily available. Restaurants easy too! We will definitely be back!

This place is exactly as advertised- great location, very cozy and sweet, super clean, and nice small touches with shampoo/conditioner left in the shower, Keurig coffee provided, etc. Sam was lightening fast in communicating. Wow, this waterfront stay is a gem! Chris was a super friendly and responsive host, and we would definitely stay again. It was clean, cozy, and the view of lake Monona is priceless.

Great place and accurately pictured and described. haven't lived an apartment for awhile so forgot what it's like to hear neighbors. Everyone was courteous. Just know that if you are a light sleeper, you may hear neighbors coming and going.

Clean, convenient, sun-soaked

Our stay was great! The condo is in an excellent location, there are restaurants, coffee shops, and bars blocks away. Chris was quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating. The view from the condo over looks the lake, and on a sunny morning you can expect the living room to be flooded with light. Would definitely stay again and appreciate the hospitality.

It's my first time staying in a shared house using Airbnb and the experience was fantastic! Everything is so organized and convenient and I felt at home.

I could not ask for better hosts or place. Amy and Marla are both super friendly and I was greeted with warm banana bread and friendly conversation upon my arrival. The location was great. I could walk to the Capitol either along Monroe with cute shops or along the bike path their place abuts. They gave me a book of recommendations for things to do locally. Again I want to emphasize what nice people they are. It was nice to also get some dog pets while away from my own.

Very comfortable space - lots of room for the two of us during a short stay. The view out the front windows was totally lovely - I think it would be stunning in the summer! We loved the neighborhood and easy walking to the Capitol, state history museum, Chazen art museum and fun restaurants. We'd be happy to stay there again during another trip.

Great stay at Kristopher’s!

The view of Lake Monona is spectacular, even in the middle of winter! The windows that provide the view take up almost two full walls of the lovely condo. The queen bed was very comfy as was the futon mattress. Wake up extra early to watch the sunrise right from your living room. Thank you Kristopher!

This basement apartment was perfect for my one night stay in Madison. It is located in a great neighborhood within walking distance of a little outdoor mall. I loved walking the neighborhood looking at all the beautiful houses. The apartment is huge and all the extra touches make this place even better. I was so happy to see an essential oil diffuser in the bedroom and a variety of oils to choose from. Check-in couldn’t have been any easier - thank you Ahmed for the hospitality.

This is a lovely mature neighborhood with large trees and a refined vibe. I had a large basement apart. to myself with a private entrance. Well furnished and spacious, plus reasonably priced would definitely promote a second visit.

Judith is a very warm and welcoming host who will accommodate to your schedule and needs. There bedroom and bathroom were renovated recently, so everything were clean. The house is 5-7 minutes walk to route 8 bus stop that can take you downtown in 15 minutes. And it's also right next to the lake, but I visited during the winter so I wasn't able to check out the lake.

There is also a newly renovated and totally clean bathroom that is shared with one other guest. Judith’s house is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood, just a few steps away from Lake Mendota. You can get to downtown Madison and to campus within 15 to 20 minutes by bus. But what made my stay in particular unforgettable is Judith who is a very open-minded and helpful person. You can have great intellectual conversations with Judith but she also totally respects your privacy. I would recommend everyone to stay with Judith and would surely book her room again.

Julia's place is adorable and cozy, and she's super helpful. So nice to find a spot to stay in our old stomping grounds that's dog friendly and has a full kitchen. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again--hopefully in summer when we can enjoy the huge yard without all the snow!

The sauna is a wonderful addition to this sweet house. We enjoyed the cleanliness, the temperature of the house was perfect, (we never touched the thermostat) and best of all the beds were wonderfully comfortable!

Gerardo's place was great. He was very nice and greeted us kindly. Everything was clean and as advertised. I had fun playing the piano and cooking dinner in the kitchen.

This place is great!

Gerardo’s place was clean and offered plenty of space for two guests. The kitchen is small but great for light food preparation; there was a toaster, coffee maker, blender and kitchen staples like vegetable oil, ground coffee, sugar, etc. There was a significant amount of noise in the morning coming from the upstairs apartment. (Music, footsteps) If you’re a light sleeper this could be an issue. There is off street parking in a dedicated parking space as well as keyless check in. I would stay again.

Stay for 10 days, was a perfect location to get around and explore the city.

Gerardo was an excellent host and his place was lovely. He was easy to communicate with and made a point to check in with me midway through my stay to ensure that everything was going well. I would definitely stay at his place again if I were back in the area.

Awesome place and comfortable

Gerardo's place was perfect for my week-long work trip! A very short drive to the Alliant center, downtown, and campus, but still tucked away in a safe neighborhood. While an older building (let's be real, MOST of Madison is made up of charming older buildings!), his place was extremely clean, cute, and cozy with everything I could have possibly needed including a coffee pot and coffee! There's an off street parking spot right by the building which I really appreciated while driving a rental car. Gerardo was super easy to communicate with and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if his place is available on my next business trip!

Jordan has done an amazing job remodeling this space. Even though it is small, it has everything one needs!

Do not let the size of the space deceive you! The space is amazing, comfortable, welcoming, and has a very cozy feeling. Plenty of special touches added and space enough for two people!

This space was perfect for a weekend in Madison. There was a lot of privacy...basically feels like you have your own apartment back there. Location was great for the price! Everything was sparkling clean and I really loved the electronic fireplace!

Clean and easy to check in! Worth the stay

The Marquette is near many of the nice restaurants in the city. We spent most of our time walking around the neighborhood and enjoy the food.

Very clean small private owned hotel. It really is kind of a hidden gem just minutes from the Capital building! Was very happy to have come across this place and will try to book again for my future stays in Madison!

The Marquette is essentially a hotel setup, very clean, all of the amenities you need and in a great location. Definitely looking up the Marquette the next time I'm in town.

The Marquette was great for my visit - very close to great near-eastside Madison restaurants, cafes, etc, easy to get to Capitol Square via bus or ride service (or walking about 20 minutes!). Check-in was super easy and The Marquette provided clear instructions. Also enjoyed the coffee and pastries each morning. My room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again, for sure.

10/10 highly recommended! Good option for those interviewing at UW.

This place was perfect for our one night stay for a basketball game! Sam replied to my messages quick and the directions to check in were super easy! Very cozy beds! This place is quiet but close to all the fun things Madison has to offer.

Wonderful space! Great location, within walking distance of bars and restaurants, quick Uber to and from events near the UW Madison Campus! Cozy with comfortable beds- functional kitchen, great bathroom with a huge tub and shower space. Felt like a home away from home!

Big clean stylish first floor near Camp Randal with a kitchen. Easy Street parking.

Literally a few hundred feet away from Camp Randall. We got what we paid for and some.

If staying in Madison look no further than Angies place. It is super clean and the bed was very comfortable. If I’m ever back in Madison I would stay here again.

Angie’s place was amazing! I came for a weekend for a graduate school audition and this was perfect. Very close to the airport, only about 15 minutes away from downtown Madison. The living space was so cute with a vintage soda vending machine and a setup to make coffee! The bedroom was super comfy and spacious, and so was the bathroom. It was perfect!

My stay at Angie’s place was brief but excellent. All the spaces were very welcoming and clean, and have nice touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The hosts are extremely thoughtful.

Angie’s place was exactly what I needed when I arrived really late in Madison. Very comfortable space with all the essentials. The vintage Pepsi machine is a great touch and I loved trying it out. I’d definitely stay at Angie’s again!

This is our second stay with Angie. The space is comfortable and welcoming. The lounge area is very comfortable and has some wonderful extras. The bed is firm and very comfortable. The bathroom has everything you will need and is sparkling clean. We cannot recommend Angie enough. We look forward to our next stay.
