The house is very cosy and nice. The location is relatively easy to get grab rides as well!

We had booked the villa for 3 nights. During the booking process the owner responded very fast and did follow up with warm hospitality. On check in day, he would obtain our vehicle number to inform gate security in advance so we don’t have any problem when getting in. The nice lady who opened door for us explained the facilities and rules to us very details. The villa is clean and prefect for families and friends group as most of the bed are double bed with own bathroom so you can have 3 families of 4 stay in the same villa without queuing for bathroom. Entertainment facilities are well organised and thoughtful, it have pool table, karaoke and BBQ facilities, not to mention the clean and beautiful pool. Check out process were very smooth too, the lady came on time and check everything and let us leave the villa gave us enough time to catch our flight. We highly recommend to book with Eddie.

Annie and Jira were absolutely incredibke hosts and we felt so welcome, at home and incredibly happy during our wonderful stay in Maison Chan. Everything was perfect and we really loved the area and the home itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated as well as being perfect and comfortable for all our needs. Absolutely perfect stay at Chuanchai’s villa in the peaceful SeaBreeze village! We were a group of four adults traveling with a dog, and this pet-friendly home exceeded all expectations. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlight—immaculate and lit up beautifully at night. We also loved the cozy lounge area by the pool, perfect for late-night chats under the string lights. Chuanchai was an exceptional host—super responsive and incredibly thoughtful. From the smooth check-in to the free snacks waiting for us, every detail was taken care of. You can really tell he takes pride in providing a great experience. Quiet location, great amenities, and just a short drive from Pattaya’s attractions. This is hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we've had. Full stars and highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at this place! It was super cozy, spotlessly clean, and so peaceful—exactly what I needed. The swimming pool was a highlight, always nice and well-kept. Every room felt fresh and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya in the future. Tom is an exceptional host! The house had everything I needed for a comfortable stay—it was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared. The house was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated all of my guests. The TV offered both Netflix and YouTube, and the large pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally roomy, providing plenty of comfort. The property is conveniently located near the community clubhouse, which also gives access to a nearby beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house just a two-hour drive south of Bangkok, close to Pattaya and Koh Lan.

Nick was super responsive and helpful, great host overall and the place was perfect for a peaceful escape near Pattaya without the noise of the city

Overall nice and fully equipped house, exactly as on the pictures, suitable for a long stay. Roland is welcoming and easy going host, it was nice to deal with him. Only downside i could mention is a neighbor who is running a streetracers workshop or something like that, it was disturbing when they were having a parties etc. Of course it has nothing to do with a house or the owner. We would stay again.

I rested well and felt at home in a quiet residential complex, a 6-minute walk from BTS On Nut Station. Five people occupied one bed and were more comfortable than a hotel. It was enough space for 10 people and well equipped with air conditioning, etc. The kitchen was well done. If there are a lot of people next time, I will definitely book it.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The place is so peaceful and beautiful, the room was spacious, clean and with everything you need. It is only a short drive from the airport and easy to access. Has a convenience store 5 min walking distance and delivery services are readily available. It is truly pet friendly, Malee loves animals and welcomes them with a smile. I cannot praise Malee enough, she went above and beyond to help us get settled for the night and helped us find a reliable driver for the next step of our journey. I highly recommend this place and hope I can stay there again in the future!

We absolutely loved this place—it's both beautiful and peaceful. Both houses offered plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our family. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, making it feel just like home. The housekeeper was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.
