The studio flat is on a hill within easy walking distance (5 mins) of Truro City Centre with great views of the city and Cathedral. Ideally located for Cornwall's north and south coast beaches, art and culture, Newquay Airport, the A30 and Truro Rail Station it makes a great base for exploring town, coast and countryside or for visiting on business. We are a sociable family of 5 (plus two German Shorthaired Pointer dogs) and are happy to advise on getting the most out of your time in Cornwall.

The huge open plan upstairs area provides versatile sleeping options, has blackout blinds and three large radiators. Downstairs is a kitchen (oven, hob, microwave and fridge) a wetroom bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet and basin) and a large table tennis area (bats and balls supplied). Lockbox check in is available.

A very light space during the day and a cosy retreat at night. It is 5/10 minute walk to the city centre with shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking . We will leave everything you will need to have an easy and enjoyable stay. We are located in a quiet private road. Just to advise, I do not charge a cleaning fee but the extra service fee you are charged is taken by bnb .
