On the third floor of a shipowner's house, the apartment has just been renovated. It can comfortably accommodate two adults. The beach and many walks are just around the corner. This very nice little studio, in a recently renovated Art Deco hotel, is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Servan, 50 m from the Bas-Sablons beach, close to the Bouvet theater and all the shops on Rue Ville-Pépin and public transport - Mairie bus stop (lines 1, 3 & 8) with connections to the TGV station. Saint-Malo intra-muros is a 15-20 minute walk away, the Solidor Tower is less than 10 minutes away. Rated 2 stars in furnished tourist accommodation.
