In a green & quiet setting of a magnificent 15th century castle located at the entrance of our beautiful medieval city of Dinan, you will stay in a 54 m2 loft apartment on the ground floor of the main building. You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

On the village square of St-Suliac, one of the most beautiful villages in France, a cocoon for your holidays or creative stays. Just in front of the grocery store, a few meters from the bakery, the flea market, the tourist office, the church, the beach and the cafes-restaurants. Hyper central! It is the artist's studio of Virginie Bregeon that dresses every piece of objects hewn in the colors of Brittany and invites great Breton artists (Mathurin Méheut, Henri Rivière) on the walls...

The calm, walks, and hikes by the water will delight walkers. In 15 minutes by car you will be in Saint-Malo intramural or Dinard; in 30 minutes to Cancale, Dinan or Mont Saint-Michel, and in three-quarters of an hour to Cap Fréhel.

Our house is located in the heart of the village of Saint-Suliac, ranked among the "most beautiful villages in France". It is an old stone house, full of charm, which we renovate with care and passion with natural materials (lime, wood, natural paints...) It is located in a quiet village street surrounded by caring neighbors. With us, you will not find furniture from the Swedish giant but only furniture and objects that tell stories.

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.

The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
