Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Salt Lake City

Vanessa’s place was perfect for our group ski trip. The location was amazing, being only around 30 minutes from Snowbird. Furthermore, it was spacious and comfortable for our group of 7. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the 2 bathrooms, and the incredible value of this airbnb compared to others in the area. One thing to note is that this airbnb doesn’t have a laundry machine. This is only a minor inconvenience, however, since there are plenty of laundromats a close drive away. Overall, our group loved our stay and highly recommend staying here!

Immaculate and comfortable space. The host was responsive. Good location for me as near my work. The only slight drawback was it is right next to the metro line so there was some noise related to that. But not a big drawback. I recommend this host and location.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would—our stay at Monica’s was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from ice packs to keep our ski lunches chilled to a generous selection of breakfast items that made mornings effortless. The apartment was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was super comfortable, the theater room a great bonus, and the entire space was perfect for unwinding after a full day on the slopes. The kitchen was spacious and impressively stocked—it had everything we needed, from a garlic press to storage containers and quality cookware. Monica truly thought of everything! And the rides to Alta? Truly above and beyond. Monica and Danny’s hospitality made this trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Very happy with our stay! We stayed 5 nights while in town for work and loved being able to make breakfast in the well stocked kitchen, hit the gym, have in-suite laundry available and be able to Uber to and from right in front of the condo. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe, walking distance to Walmart, restaurants and Trader Joe's is nearby. Great central location! The code itself is spacious and comfortable. The bed has a memory foam mattress and the sheets are very soft! The entire condo was very clean. Overall great stay and would not hesitate to book again if we have the chance to visit SLC again!

We had a wonderful stay at Tim’s! The place was immaculate and a great location for our trip. Close to downtown and a lot of nice food options in the area. We also loved that the property was quiet and gated.

Vince really helped us out of a jam. After booking another unit in same building that was unsatisfactory, we were able to book this lovely unit for the week. Vince had a cleaner come in to get it ready for us at the last minute. Totally saved our vacation Unit was quiet and spacious. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms would make this unit ideal for 2 couples. In unit laundry made it possible for us to wash and dry ski gear daily. Unit is close to an elevator which made bringing equipment back and forth a breeze. We will be staying here again to visit our son at the U!

We came for a Utah Football game. The location was perfect. We walked 2 blocks to caught the trap to the game and back. In the mornings we walked to a couple of local coffee shops and one night to a local restaurant and bar. It was such a cute quaint place to stay with a fabulous location.

Overall great experience with very responsive owners. The cabin was wonderful for our family and friends. The price was well worth it compared to other listings in the area that had similar amenities as well. The host catered to our needs and was super nice. I would recommend this place to any who plan to visit the Park City area. It was about a 10-15 minute drive into town as well which was nice. Thanks Eli! - Anthony

Madison’s place was beautiful with plenty of room for us. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for a week at the Sky Loft on a ski Spring Break with my two daughters 12 and 14. The place was updated and very clean. It was fully stocked with all we needed in the open kitchen and even some soaps in the bathrooms. The place is spacious and homey and the kids enjoyed the sky loft, movie room and we all relaxed in the hot tub after long ski days. The place is ideally located about 15 min from Snowbird/Alta ski resorts. We recommend this place and would stay again. Thanks Sarah!

We stayed at this beautiful home for Christmas. The host had a wonderful tree with lights set up for us. The house was clean and comfortable. We had young grandchildren staying with us and they loved the large playroom. Outside in the backyard was a trampoline and dollhouse. Inside the home was a wonderful theater room that was great to watch movies and sports. The kitchen was open with plenty of seating. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean with fresh towels. Our children and grandchildren were unanimous in their view that this home helped create wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. One final thought, the host was very responsive and pleasant to work with. I offer my highest recommendations!

Cody is very good host. I enjoyed staying at his place. It was nice to have the garage to myself for my extra things. I will stay at his place again.

This house was a great spot to host my group while in the area. Very clean, a beautiful view, and an amazing hot tub to decompress in! the goats were very responsive and were very helpful when a couple of small questions popped up.

Plenty of room in this large home for our family of 4 or a larger group; it would be a great house to share between families. It was very clean without overly strong smells of lysol (thank you!), had plenty of towels/washcloths, comfortable spaces, and in a quiet neighborhood. The driveway is long and spacious, which was perfect for our large truck. Check-in was easy, but it did take me a minute to figure out the door lock (just not one I've used before). The home is older but has some very nice upgrades. The decor is aesthetically pleasing, there is plenty of comfortable seating, and the kitchen is well stocked. The kids were mostly downstairs in what looks like a theater room, with a large TV, comfortable couches, and blackout curtains; there are also blackout curtains in all the bedrooms to cover the lovely large windows, as needed. Lili was quick to respond and available if we had any questions or concerns.

We had an amazing time. Such a great place and so close to the lifts. The condo had all the amenities. Cottonwood Lodging was so helpful with my questions. Definitely will be back. Thank you!!

Stayed at Andrew’s place w my 9 yr old son and it was perfect. We skied 3 full days in a row and the location/convenience of this resort made it very easy to do. The proximity to everything you need is unbeatable, so is the ski in/out access. The pool area was great and it was amazing soaking in the hot tub for a couple hours after long days on the mountain. All the amenities were great and fam friendly. The staff was very kind and helpful, best consistent service I’ve seen in years. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying at this Marriot again. My only tip would be bring robes and sandals to wear to the pool.

Fantastic stay that was perfect for a ski getaway to Solitude for our family of 4. Location was incredible, walk to slopes, restaurants and corner store, rental shop, etc…never had to drive any where! Condo was exactly as described and was stocked with anything you could possibly need. We usually ski Colorado but are sold on Utah now!

This was our second stay at the Wanderlust condo, and we loved it just as much. We will come back every year. The size is perfect for us and our four kids, and the location can’t be beat, with the club and pool within the building, and first floor access to the Village and Apex lift. The staff is super responsive, proactive, and helpful. We love it here!

If you are going to ski Solitude or Brighton, stay here. It is a joy just to be in these sunlit rooms. From the windows you can see a ski lift dropping off skiers on a Solitude ski trail. Put your boots on in the room and walk to skiing. Afterword you can take a soak in the hot tubs that are right next door. Bring your groceries from Salt Lake City (no supermarkets up here) and you can prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen with the fireplace nearby. If any problems arise, Ben takes care of them quickly with rapid communication. And by the way, check-in is a breeze. You may not think about this, but having your car parked in a heated garage makes winter travel a lot easier too. Loved my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Park City! The location was perfect for skiing—being able to ski in and out made our experience incredibly convenient. The accommodation was cozy and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. Our host was welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had all the information we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our ski trip and would definitely love to return in the future!
