Within a radius of 15 km there are 5 golf courses and for cycling and mountain biking it is ideal even with kids. The center with restaurants is close and offers a vacation feeling all around. To Kitzbühel it is only 5 km.

My place is in the middle of nature and close to everything. Hiking, cross country skiing and mountain-biking start from the houses door. Siegsdorf city for daily shopping is 5 min drive. Next little lake for a swim is found in 10km and Chiemsee beach in a 20min drive. Ideal for relxed winter sport activities. Ski lifts, ice skating at Ruhpolding, Inzell, Berchtesgaden , Reit im Winkel and more are found in 6-35km. In spring, summer and autumn You can enjoy hiking at its best.

The "Chalet Lerch" is located in St. Johann im Pongau and boasts a beautiful view of the mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as 3 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 13 people.
