Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The bright, friendly apartment is on the first floor with a Mediterranean terrace that immediately awakens vacation feelings. In the beautiful, large garden, a stream flows directly past the property, which invites you to cool off. In the bedroom is a large double bed. 1 sofa bed is located in the living room if more than 2 guests are staying. The bathroom has a rain shower. The kitchen is new and fully equipped.

Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! Mit neuen, hochwertigen Boxspringbetten, Designerküche, Wohlfühlbad, Wohnlandschaft mit B&O Luxusfernseher, offenem Kamin, Balkonen und WLAN bietet die Wohnung jeden erdenklichen Komfort. Gegenüber liegt ein Kinderspielplatz, 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist ein Hallen- und Freibad. Parkmöglichkeit ist vorhanden (Benutzung gegen Gebühr €10 pro Tag).

In 20 minutes on foot you can reach the Neutor, the entrance to the Mozart city or the festival district or choose from 2 direct bus lines, which lead directly to the center of Salzburg. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.
