Excellent. The house is very spacious and comfortable, it has everything you need to enjoy with family and friends. La Cocina has everything to prepare any type of recipe, much more than basic utensils and utensils. The comfortable and equipped rooms with pillows and covers. The pool is excellent and secure. The quincho and playroom space is spacious, comfortable and was also equipped to enjoy games, karaoke, and more! Really happy with the attention and we would come back without a doubt.

We went for a family trip of 6 people and we found the location of the house and Max's kindness great. Very good experience!

We had a very good few days, I would say the place is nicer than the pictures. Everything clean (including the pool) and the kitchen is equipped with necessities. As a fact, to comment that the capacity is for 8 people considering the beds, if they are squeezed to 3 in a king bed they come to 9; but they are not 12 people as the publication says although the owner offers mattresses. Another point to take into account is the air conditioning according to the season, there are two air conditioners but there are no controls to operate them, but you have to ask the owner to turn it on by chat; this because the electricity is more expensive in that area. Lastly, to comment that on the plot both inside the house and outside there are security cameras, which were apparently turned off during the stay but we didn't ask either.

We had an amazing getaway with my friends. Really peaceful and quiet place. The pool was just perfect as the bbq area. The communication with Jose Manuel was easy and fast. I truly recommend this place if you look beautiful surrenders, a quiet place to rest and a nice time at the pool.

Our stay in David’s home was a true pleasure! The house is beautiful and spacious . The surroundings are peaceful and awe inspiring! The whole process, from booking to checkout was smooth and easy. David was responsive and flexible. Gemma, the caretaker, was so kind and helpful. Available to assist throughout our stay. I wish our stay had been longer. We look forward to returning to Chile and staying in this beautiful home again! Thank you David and Gemma!

Great place and easy communication!

Excellent host and service. Luis Genaro, who takes care of the place, also very friendly, showed us all the facilities of the house and everything was impeccable. It is a beautiful place and the cleanliness and order we loved it, as it is not something that occurs in all places. We would come back, no question.

Very nice and cozy place. Marino is very friendly and attentive, it was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended the place to spend it quietly with a group of friends or family.

The place was just like the description, quiet for rest, the jar at Free disposal day and night, the water temperature excellent, well implemented cabin, we loved the place.

Carolina's place was great. It was walkable to a subway and provided a parking spot for our car. It was a just a little tricky to find the parking garage, and you have to buzz in and out of it, but the concierges at the apartment complex were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself was very clean with towels, soap and shampoo all provided. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Santiago!

The place is very cozy, clean and functional. Gabriela is very kind and my stay was perfect. The only thing I didn't like was the entry to the airbnb was unpleasant. Once inside the airbnb everything was as in the photos, the air conditioning like the amenities worked, hot water and everything that described

Depto super well located, ideal for people who have concerts at the Movistar Arena, steps from a metro station, pharmacy and local businesses nearby. It has all the comforts, clean and neat place. I would recommend adding a hairdryer. Nice building staff.

A beautiful and quiet place, perfect for getting away from the noise of the city. The cottage is cozy, well equipped and surrounded by large green areas that invite you to enjoy the scenery. Its location is excellent, close to minimarkets, restaurants and outdoor activities. In addition, the enclosure offers multiple amenities ideal for relaxing. The attention was exceptional, we really enjoyed a perfect stay!
