Vacation rentals with an accessible-height toilet in San Juan

I can’t say enough about our stay and how incredible Noemi was as a host! Her property exceeded our expectations and was stunning. We will for sure be back. I would recommend Neomi’s place to everyone. The house was very clean, the air conditioners worked perfectly, the pool and property was so peaceful and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Noemi provided excellent recommendations for places to eat, places to shop, and fun things to do and see on the island. If I could rate Noemi’s property a 6, I totally would 😎 book it! You won’t regret it!

The stay was great, a lot bigger in person. It was almost like a shared property with another hot but definitely great spot.

What an amazing spot! We had 4 couples staying for a wedding at the nearby Hotel El Convento. The location truly could not have been better. We were walkable to everything we wanted to do in Viejo San Juan and near many shops and restaurants. The street itself is charming and quieter than many other streets in the area. This home worked perfectly for the 8 of us but may not be as comfortable for large groups without couples or with folks uncomfortable sharing smaller rooms. The rooms all had AC units, but the central living area did not (it was never uncomfortably hot). Note that only 1 of the bedrooms has a window with natural light. As another reviewer pointed out, both bathrooms can only be accessed via bedrooms, but there are privacy curtains so we did not find this to be an issue. The downstairs shower fixture broke during our stay and the hosts were very responsive in helping to get someone to come fix it!

Jose is a very nice host, responsive and helpful. The place is walking distance to the beach, restaurants. Enough space and parking for two families of 4 (8 people total). Located in the neighborhood with locals (and their cute cats and chickens) which added flare to our trip!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Lucy's Hidden Gem for six unforgettable days. Lucy is a sweet, thoughtful, and kind host, and her warmth shines through in every detail. The property itself is magical, with beautiful decorations, lush plants, and a garden that feels like a tropical paradise. Every corner tells a story, and the small pool is perfect for relaxing while the sounds of birds chirping create a peaceful ambiance. The outdoor kitchen area is both cute and convenient. Our room and bathroom were spotless and cozy, and Lucy takes great pride in maintaining everything herself for her guests’ comfort. The location is ideal, just a 10-20 minute drive from Luquillo, El Yunque, and the Ceiba ferry terminal, with San Juan about an hour away. Lucy’s hospitality made our stay unforgettable- she prepared coffee one morning and a delicious breakfast another. Her attention to detail and kindness made our first trip to Puerto Rico truly special. We highly recommend this hidden gem!

Thank you, Jose, for a lovely stay. It was perfect for my mom and two teenagers. The neighborhood was walkable, safe, peaceful and plenty to do close by. Loved waking up to the ocean as our front yard, steps away from great coffee and food options in the plaza and surfing lessons on the beach. Jose was super responsive and we had no issues with our stay.

Awesome Air BnB! Great house in a perfect spot with an awesome view. Busy street but with the views I know why. House was super clean and felt like home. I would stay here every year.

This place is perfect steps from the beach. In a safe neighborhood with a town square. Great bars and restaurants. 10 minutes from waterfalls, grocery stores, Walmart, beaches and gas stations. The place has a upstairs balcony that faces the ocean. There is also a free washer and dryer on premises. It’s about a 35 minute drive from airport but the roads are well lit and nicely paved. This was the perfect place for us to stay and travel around.the communication the entire time from before we got there to us getting back home was great. Whether it was suggestions or questions he was quick to answer. We will definitely stay here again. Enjoy!!

Second stay and would definitely recommend

We loved our stay! It all started with clear instructions and local tips! The appartment was clean, had everything we needed. The house is located right by the beach. In front of the house there is a surfing area and it is just a few steps to a calmer part of the beach where you can swim and chill in piece. There are always some free spots for parking in front of the house. Very good restaurants im walking distance. Summary: highly recommended!!!

The place was great. There was lots of things in the area, all types of little activities were nearby. Plus the security made the place feel so safe, tons of cameras. The place was very clean and also quiet. Honesty, next time I go I hope I can stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yohara’s Airbnb. The host was incredibly accommodating, kindly permitting us to book at the last minute due to an unexpected town emergency. We found the booking process and entry instructions straightforward and reassuring. Yohara’s property was spotless, spacious, and wonderfully equipped with cozy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and bathrooms. It was wonderfully situated just half a block from the beautiful Costa Azul Beach, where my family spent our afternoons. The property was also a short walk from Luquillo Beach, kiosks, banks, and many restaurants. We genuinely appreciate Yohara’s prompt and friendly communication and extend our heartfelt thanks for her hospitality. We look forward to booking with her again.

This place is amazing. Is in a great location. Closed to everything you need. Is located literally couple step from an amazing beach. The neighborhood is very safe with a 24 hour security. I never felt so secure renting an airbnb. The bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Carmens home is just what my family needed. It's beautiful and the Ocean is at your back door. I did not want to leave. The kids enjoyed the pool and volleyball court. My husband and I love the cute home and had everything and more we needed. Private gated safe with security 24 hours and close to the everything you need. We cant wait to stay again at Carmen's place. The place was super clean and not one bug, clean dishes and clean blankets that smell like fresh laundry! My recent stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the property and how well-equipped it was for guests. The location is truly unbeatable. Just steps from a beautiful beach, you can easily spend your mornings walking along the shore or swimming in the ocean. The property itself is situated right in front of a well-maintained pool, providing convenient options for swimming regardless of your preference. The unit comes with everything you could possibly need - a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, comfortable furnishings, good linens, and thoughtful touches throughout. I never found myself lacking for anything during my stay. The amenities at this property are outstanding. The mini golf course provided hours of casual fun, while the basketball and tennis courts were perfect for more active recreation. I'm already planning my return visit!
