Guesthouse vacation rentals in San Juan

My friend and I stayed at Lazaro’s Airbnb. It was clean and decorated beautifully with bright colors inside. Lots of great restaurants near by and beach is very close as well. Check in time was flexible which we appreciated so much since we had an early flight. The apartment is gated and we felt safe! Only thing I would say is the community is mainly filled with tourist so some nights might be loud , some neighbors next to us were partying for a bit. It didn’t bother us at all though we slept through it. But I know some other people might mind. Maybe bring some ear buds if you’re a light sleeper just in case. Over all the stay was wonderful. We would highly recommend staying here it was clean, cozy ,and cute. Thank you Lazaro for everything again:)

We had a fantastic stay, the house is very comfortable and the beds take the credit, God my comfort and the impeccable sheets and towels, do not miss my bed at any time and I always go out missing my bed 🤣🤣 the quiet and private environment, thanks to Elisa also very attentive. I will definitely stay with her when I return to PR a stay without waste!

Great place to stay for a quick stop

This place was amazing! It was close to everything. Local food spots, the beach, clubs. I absolutely adored it. The staff was incredible. Jose and Pedro made sure we were okay with everything. Communication was key that’s what i sincerely liked. There was a water problem with the whole San Juan area and Pedro really came through he did everything he could to make sure his guests were completely satisfied. If that’s not commitment i don’t know what is. BOOK NOW YOU WONT REGRET IT!

Gigi was a great host, very responsive, and accommodating. She let us check in earlier and later as needed. Great location, close to the airport and grocery store. The bed could have been upgraded but other than that great stay.

Good location with beach behind. Water pressure when showering is lacking, as well as hot water. PR is hot anyways, if u can tolerate those thing it's a good stay.

William was an amazing host and the place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Everything was neat and clean and as described. William was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to booking with him again.

Raphelito was kindness & welcoming at every turn. I would stay again with any other option. After 1 month in Puerto Rico only the hospitality & feeling of family he provided made leaving less traumatic. Because now I know where I will return. I am amazed he has been hosting for such a short time but not surprised people find him super. Nos vemos la próxima vez familia😉

Marcela’s studio is perfect for solo travelers or couples! Has everything one could need, 7 mins away from the beach, 5 mins from the closest grocery store, 2 mins from the laundromat like it seriously doesn’t get better. I loved the neighborhood, it’s right by the marina but you’d never know because of how quiet and peaceful it is. Be sure to go down the street the Panaderia Monte Brisas to get some delish coffee, bread & desserts 😋 One thing is there is not *hot* water. The water gets just warm enough - not that you need boiling hot water in PR. My family is from here so I don’t mind it - i used to bathe out of a bucket during my visits lol! But in case there is someone who can’t do without. Thanks Marcela <3

Great place

This is my second time staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! Every visit here feels like coming home. The host is always so kind, welcoming, and incredibly responsive, making sure everything is perfect for your stay. The cleanliness is truly exceptional, everything is spotless and beautifully maintained, which really adds to the comfort and peace of mind. For the money, we were thrilled. Manuel’s casita was a great homebase, as we rented a car and traveled to most of our activities. We did walk to the beach a couple of times, and the restaurant on the corner, Tomate Cocina, was actually fantastic, with live local musicians.

The stay at this bnb was very comfortable and spacious for the price, location, and a parking space. The bathroom was much better than the photos! I would definitely recommend this house

Victor was a great host. We enjoyed staying at his place for 5 days and felt very safe and secure, especially since Victor lives right next door. Victor was extremely responsive when we had a question or wanted a recommendation for food nearby. Great experience.

We loved our stay. The apartment was quiet, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach and restaurants. The only things that I wished the apartment had were a broom to sweep up any sand and places to hang beach towels to dry.

This is my favorite place to stay in Puerto Rico—it always delivers on quality, tranquility, and coziness. It’s such a beautiful place to stay and I really loved the complimentary morning yoga sessions and fresh cooked breakfasts! It’s a great place to work, meet new friends, and enjoy a night in.

Was extremely responsive and included literally everything you could think of that you might need. Had some issues parking, so the owner offered their own parking space to assist us, and when we had Internet troubles the fix was done within a day. Lots of care and effort put into making sure the stay was comfortable & they made it apparent.

We had a great time staying at Lucy’s Yin & Yang during our stay in Puerto Rico. Everything is not very far & easy to get to in a timely manner (pending traffic). I definitely recommend staying with Lucy as she is polite, helpful, fast replies, and great recommendations.

Fantastic location across the street from the beach. Beautiful ocean view. Comfortable home. Parking for one car, some beach items like chairs, boogie board. Many restaurants within walking distance. We loved our time here!

We had a wonderful stay at Marci’s property! From start to finish, Marci was exceptional at keeping in constant communication with us, ensuring that everything met our expectations. The property itself was perfect for our needs and made us feel safe around the clock. (Especially with very late arrival and very early departure) We chose the two-apartment setup, which worked out beautifully. One apartment is connected to the main property (but seperate), while the other is completely separate, and both have their own entrances with a shared entrance to the property. This arrangement was ideal since my wife and I stayed in one unit, and my father-in-law stayed in the other. The location is excellent, peaceful and close enough to San Juan and other destinations around the island for convenient day trips. The property was recommended to us by family who live nearby in Guaynabo, and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision. We will definitely recommend to others! Thank you Marci!!
