The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest shared only with your hosts. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs apartment IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.

Cascina Ronco dei Lari - Il NIDO - Lake Maggiore

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

Loft di Charme, Belmonte Village

Strategically positioned on the Lombardy side of Lago Maggiore, the Loft di Charme is only 1h driving from Milano Malpensa Airport, and just few minutes driving from the cozy towns of Luino, Porto Valtravaglia and Laveno Mombello and there is a great offer of services and things to do in the area. The property has been recently renewed with a special attention to every single detail (I am super passionate of design!) and is the perfect location for a romantic and relaxing gateway.

Studio on the ground floor in a small mountain complex, with private parking, adjacent to the pine forest, the golf course and the cross-country track. Only 100 meters from the center of the village center. Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.

Belvedere Residence

Our comfortable mountain apartment is located in Albogno. From here, you can reach several mountain trails and we are close to the ski lifts. It has a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, table and sofa. A kitchen complete with appliances, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a full-size bed, a bathroom complete with everything and a washing machine. It has a large terrace with a table and chairs where you can dine or sunbathe. Free private parking.
