Great stay! The apartment is very functional, well-equipped with cooking utensils and features excellent quality bed and bath linens. The location is perfect, with the building right in front of the beach, which makes the experience even more amazing. I recommend it.

This is the third time we have stayed in space and like the other times everything was excellent. Apê is super well located, comfortable and Fernando is very good people, always willing to help. We will return to São Paulo again, and we will definitely stay at this accommodation.

Ana and her daughter Vitória were amazing hosts! We were a family of 7 and there was plenty of room for more people. Their home is beautiful and very well kept. They are very kind people and we can’t wait to come stay at their property again!

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The condominium offers transportation to the beach, which is great for those with older people or mobility difficulties. The host gave us local shopping tips. We ordered a fresh fish, which yielded wonderful family meals. The highlight is for the homemade couple, Reinaldo and Jerusa, who are attentive, helpful and very friendly. We felt at home.

I stayed at the house for the second time and everything was as wonderful as last year, the host was super responsive and present, Dona Isabel, who was the one who welcomed us, was always super attentive and helpful, giving all necessary assistance to my family! I highly recommend it, once again my vacation was amazing, me, my family and friends loved it!

The house is exactly as in the photos. The hostess is always very kind and ready to help, impeccable cleanliness. The house is very large, it comfortably accommodates everyone. The garden and pool are the highlights, staying on the veranda admiring the garden in the late afternoon is wonderful. We spent 4 days at Christmas and wanted to stay longer... excellent accommodation, we will definitely be back.

Great apartment. Located on an avenue where there are several shops. And the only point (not negative, just an observation) is that the beach is a little distant, sometimes with coolers, children or the elderly gets a little difficult. But great cost-benefit and fit exactly as in the pictures! We love it!

Real estate in great place, we don't miss anything. Close to everything, bakery, restaurants, snack bars…The apartment was extremely clean. Kitchen with various accessories (although we used only cutlery and dishes), because of the location we do not feel the need to cook. Very polite porter. Only leaving an alert for the other tenants, the region is full of beggars, which does not take away the beauty of the beach, but some bother a little. Besides, we want to go back again and again.

Neusa's apartment is the same as the photos. The view of the beach from the room is addictive... all the rooms have a view of the sea, even taking a bath to see the beach. The location is excellent, close to everything and next to the Carrefour market, which is open 24 hours. Concierge staff are very polite and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and I found the adapted bathroom superbacana. I went with my husband and my one-year-old son and we enjoyed it a lot. I intend to come back more often. The accommodations are the same as the photos, all very clean and organized. The bed is comfortable and the air geladoooooo, taken on the side of the bed, a hot shower with plenty of water. It's not far from the beach, if you've been excited to walk. On-site there is a very warm pool tbm but it is a bit deep kkkk have to know how to swim. I'll be back more often, Jairo was a great host
