Apartment facing the beach, excellent location,listing corresponds with the property, there was no problem during the stay ,which is what renting a property on the beach is looking for,can go without fear of making mistakes. There are 4 beach chairs 1 sunguard 1 stroller 1 cooler in the apartment,socket 110 v.

It was awesome!!! Passeis a few days with my family and the experience was surreal. The apartment is simply perfect, you look like you're at sea. From sunrise to sunset, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean and is exactly like in the pictures. The place is very close to the beach and the shops. The staff of the building were also very nice with my family. About Walmy, he was from the very first moment very kind and super attentive. He's a great host! We had incredible family moments and we'll be back for sure. I highly recommend!!!

We love the apartment and the location (foot in the sand)!! The place is wonderful, the view to the sea is a differential. It was all clean, organized, Mauro is very attentive and quick to answer if you have any questions.

It was my first experience at RBNB and it was sensational, everything perfect. It was our honeymoon, my wife and I loved it. The place is more beautiful than in the pictures, calm, quiet and very beautiful. Extremely private and cozy. The host exudes humility and kindness, as well as being very proactive, he had never done romantic decoration, but he made a point of fulfilling my request and the decoration was very beautiful. Beautiful house according to the photos, with all the tools we need, a freezer in the barbecue area made all the difference to freeze our drinks. Very attentive Host Mariana, answering all questions quickly. The home town Lila that served us is super attentive and has made no efforts to make our lodging wonderful. The home is amazing! We stayed during the week and were able to enjoy a very spacious house with wifi, full kitchen, impeccable suite, and various leisure options such as pool table, table tennis, as well as a pool and a wonderful view of the dam. The host and the caretakers at the place were very helpful and the check-in was very smooth. I highly recommend this home!

The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works really well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and yet I was able to enjoy it. The Hosts were very requested and responded promptly to me when I needed it. In addition, the condominium cleaning staff is available for any more urgent needs with bed linen etc.
