Location exactly the same as the listing , not counting the excellent location, close to banks , restaurants, malls, etc. Attentive host and responds super fast , even allowed me to enter before the allowed time since I arrived early and the ap was already cleared . Extremely comfortable building, it met the needs for 2 people very well. Extremely privileged location and super complete and functional furniture. The only point of attention is related to the lack of an air-conditioning, which would certainly bring more comfort to these days intense heat.

Great value for money! The place is exactly like the pictures and is worth the price you are charged. Although it is not a large apartment, it has 2 bedrooms and a good living room, in addition to air conditioning, which is essential at this time of the year. The apartment was clean and in good condition. The best part is the location. In my opinion, the corner of the fort is the quietest to stay in Praia Grande, even at the end of the year. The apartment is a block and a half from the beach, with ice cream and restaurant on the same street, as well as a pharmacy and market (carrefour express) on the back street, which is the main avenue, with several restaurants, cafes, etc. You don't have to use the car for nothing! Finally, Nei was a great host, being totally available, answering us extremely quickly. It was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone

From the beginning Camila was super helpful and kind. I was going on vacation, so he offered to arrive earlier, even though I didn't make it.
