Apartment vacation rentals in São Paulo

This was our second time hosting this property, and it will always be our first option for upcoming trips! Easy access, very well located, close to all the exits of São José (Max 2min), in front of the mall hills, access to places for very fast walking. The apartment is perfect for those traveling with max 3-4 people (2 bedrooms), bathrooms and very good living room. The condominium has 24-hour security, and also has an excellent gym and swimming pool. We do not use the kiosks, but it appears with a complete structure. Parking is also very good, easy maneuver and close to the elevators. Access to Carol (co-host) is always very easy. Always helpful and very polite.

We only have to thank Deise and Jorge, the apartment is great, very clean and organized, we will certainly return at other times. Congratulations Deise and Jorge, for your attention and kindness, may God bless them immensely!!

The hostess helped us a lot by anticipating the check-in, which, by the way, was practical and fast. About the apartment: it is small but functional and accommodated well three guests. There is sound fence on the windows and doors, which was a relief to sleep peacefully. I highly recommend!

Juceli was a very attentive host, with regular check-ins with myself and accompanying guests to ensure things went smoothly - with even a recommended list of activities and locations to explore, to boot! The airbnb we stayed also felt homely and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The neighborhood, much to the surprise of my native friends who were also guests, was also VERY safe! I would recommend giving this an option to have a great access to what São Paulo has to offer!

It exceeded my expectations. Location exactly the same as the listing , not counting the excellent location, close to banks , restaurants, malls, etc. Attentive host and responds super fast , even allowed me to enter before the allowed time since I arrived early and the ap was already cleared . I will definitely be staying again. Super recommend !!

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

We had another amazing stay in the beach house! This is the second time we have stayed there and again it was perfect. The space is very good, well cared for and comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized, which made us feel right at home from the first moment. The location is also excellent, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet environment. We will definitely be back again. I highly recommend!

The host was very kind and helpful, the house matches the listing and had even more equipment than described. Check-in is perfect, very easy, safe and autonomous. The location is great, safe, calm and close to the highway, 15min from the center. The place is large, and the air conditioning of the rooms is good. The unit does not have parking, but they provide a safe place outside of business hours and during the day it is quiet to leave on the street. I recommend it and would come back more often.

I chose the accommodation because it was close to my job. The location was great. Supermarket around the corner and all the people in the house were very friendly. In addition, it helped me a lot to have a washing machine in the accommodation. If I work there again, I would choose the place again.

Excellent stay at the Ap da Larissa. Local well located, good infrastructure and very cozy. Larissa was always communicative, answered almost immediately, answered all the questions and proved to be an excellent host. I definitely recommend!

I had a great stay at Rafael’s apartment. It is well located, very comfortable, and the jacuzzi area upstairs is awesome. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!

From the beginning Camila was super helpful and kind. I was going on vacation, so he offered to arrive earlier, even though I didn't make it. The apartment is gorgeous, super quiet and ventilated, so much so that we don't even use air conditioning. It looked like the Northeast Wind! Super recommend!

An exceptional lodging!! I already know the condominium and is often 8 years old , but it was the first time I stayed in this apartment. the experience was amazing. very well equipped apartment, new , everything clean and smelling. Paulo gave us full attention and always very kind. We were allowed to anticipate check-in . We felt at home . Everything is very thoughtful and elaborate for excellent lodging. My family and I love it.
