We made the reservation practically on the eve of the feriadão and was the best choice, we love the ap, only positive reviews. Capricho in the details, clean, organized, linens and clean bathrooms. Utensils, basic cleaning and hygiene products available, super airy. The description matches the listing. Well-educated reception staff and responsiveness. We did not know that it was one of the noble neighborhoods and we liked it very much, well structured with a market, bakery, restaurants, pizzerias and fuel station, including shopping malls. My husband even practiced his run. All perfect! I definitely recommend it!!!

I would like to record the immense satisfaction of myself and my family for the lodging in the apt of Mr. Manoel. We were in 4, being a baby. Impeccable apt, perfect functionality, excellent cleaning (I have rhinitis and always suffer/I have ZERO problems. I felt comfortable). Condominium and beach service equally impeccable, helpful and flexible! Amazing structure! We'll be back for sure and recommend c/mta satisfaction. Everyone is to be congratulated for the services provided!

Very nice, family-friendly and cozy space. Oceanfront accommodation, places to eat in the surrounding square and a place for excellent hiking. We will return more often, Fábio is a very helpful person and has answered us every time we need.

Wonderful stay in São Paulo… I went with my family, including a baby and had a crib all tidied, already with bed linen and a bathtub for him!! I loved the delicacy!! Large apartment, perfect location and very close to the ava paulista … market, restaurants … a lot next …I recommend!!!!

The apartment is in a central location and exactly matches the description and photos. The access to the building is by facial biometrics, which provides more security and practicality to get in and out.

The apartment of Thibaud is great, well equipped and the building is well managed. We enjoy the balcony a lot, even more at the time of the Carnival where we watch the main blocks of the center of SP. Our stay was 2 months and was great for the long term, just missing an office chair to work from home more comfortable but the dining chairs accounted for. With regard to the location, it is very centralized and has everything close by, being able to do everything by walking. A Dona Cleuza who received us was a love of person during the checkin and the entire stay. I highly recommend and will be back.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

I had a great stay at Rafael’s apartment. It is well located, very comfortable, and the jacuzzi area upstairs is awesome. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!

The place is simply impeccable, extremely faithful to the ad, I felt at home. Marcos was a great host, gave several recommendations and instructions that made the stay much more flexible, easy and welcoming. The property is complete and has everything we need to cook and enjoy to rest. An issue that zeal, is the cleaning of the place, especially bed sheets, was great! I'll definitely come back more often.
