Easy access to the M1, A1, M62 and A19 with good transport links to major locations such as York (14 miles), Leeds (24 miles) and other destinations make it a relaxing and ideal base to unwind and explore the beautiful Yorkshire surroundings.

Julie's apartment is located just outside Leeds and York. "Sherburn in Elmet" is a lovely town offering plenty of amenities. Quiet village location, with on-site free secure CCTV parking, close to motorways and places of interest. Short driving distance of Leeds and the historic city of York. South Milford train station just a 2 minutes drive. Our location is suitable for both business and pleasure. Close by; we have Fairburn Ings, Xcape/ Junction 32 shopping outlet and Sherburn Aero Club.

The Annexe is a self-contained space situated in our family garden in Tadcaster. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but within a 5-minute walk to restaurants, pubs and local amenities such as supermarket, swimming pool and leisure facilities. A short walk to scenic rural woodland and the picturesque riverside. Close to popular wedding venues such as Hazlewood Castle and The Priory wedding barn. Excellent links to Leeds and York. Private parking is available at the property.

The village has two pubs both serving tasty home cooked food and real ales.

The property is a beautiful maisonette at Station House, an iconic grade 2 listed former railway station built in 1841 .The history of the building can still clearly be seen; indeed your accommodation is in the old waiting rooms overlooking the station platform. Tours of the rest of the site may be available on request, including the old goods shed. Guests have access to the public footpath/cycle way adjacent to the property along the old railway line.

The Gables (LS24 8DP) is a 3 bedroom Edwardian villa in a quiet part of Tadcaster, ideally situated between York (9 miles) and Leeds (14 miles) and close to many popular wedding venues. Holidaymakers and workers are equally welcome. Parking is on the lane right outside. For those wanting to visit York, the Park and Ride at Askham Bar is 10 minutes away and a better option than parking in York. The Gables is not wheelchair friendly.
