Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie zB Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

The lakeside resort is easily reachable on foot with a distance of 1 km. The house is situated directly on hiking and pilgrim routes such as the Wörthersee Rundwanderweg or the Marian pilgrimage route.

A private oven which is operated with wood from the local forests completes the offer. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from the Gerlitzen ski resort. In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.

Enjoy the benefits of our newly renovated apartments with beautiful views of Lake Ossiach. The apartment at the foot of the Gerlitzen is located in an annex, part of the spacious garden of which can be used by our guests. In summer, it is only a 10-minute walk to the beach and many other great excursion destinations. In perfect snow conditions, you can ski to the front door. The ski resort is ideal for all ages.

Cozy guest house

Our cozy, separate guesthouse offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It has a bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and an open living and kitchen area. Outside there is a parking space for two cars, including carport. Ideal for quiet rest with all amenities! An additional fee of €2.70 will be charged for the municipality during your stay.

Welcome to "The Haidensee"! "The Haidensee" is located on the beautiful private lake Haidensee, which with its excellent water quality and pleasant temperatures of up to 28 degrees is a unique swimming lake. Since there are only 9 apartments, peace, privacy and a special holiday experience is guaranteed. Each of our apartments is unique and has been lovingly furnished.

Im Ortskern von Schliefling am Wörthersee befindet sich das Gästehaus S.A.W. Rooms. Zimmer Nr. 5 verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Balkon und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Flachbildfernseher und eine kleine Essecke sind auch vorhanden.
