Apartment in a 250-year-old farmhouse at an altitude of around 1,100 meters with a spacious terrace, garden and sauna. It extends over (the upper) three floors and has around 80 m2. In addition to the living room, (living) kitchen and bathroom, there are four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own entrance to the outside. The bathroom and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom in the attic can only be reached via the second bedroom on the upper floor.

The Seppelhof is a farm that is over 400 years old, which has been completely renovated and modernized. It is detached outside of Hofsgrund at about 900 m above sea level.
