Optimally located for hiking at the edge of the forest and only a few minutes' walk from the lake beach, you are also centrally located at Schluchsee in a few minutes through the park and thus quickly in the center with cafes, restaurants, S-Market and the S-Bahn station!

Breakfast under the apple tree or an evening in front of the fireplace – this original house makes it possible. Through the large windows you have a magnificent view of the Swiss Alps. And if you want to soak up the sun, make yourself comfortable on the terrace or in the garden. Heated comfortably with a Swedish fireplace. Shopping in the historic Waldshut with beautiful cafes and restaurants. Traditional inns with local products in the immediate vicinity. Cities such as Zurich or Freiburg are ideal for a day trip.

Cozy apartment at the heart of the Black Forest!

Additional fee to be paid in cash upon arrival: Mandatory Tourist Tax of 3 Euro p.P./night and 1,60 Euro p. child/night (ages 6-15)! Welcome to our super cozy apartment at the heart of the black forest! We are 300m from the lake, close to premium hiking trails and only 800m to the train station - for free trips throughout the black forest region due to the free "KONUS-Karte". We are only 15 min from Feldberg Ski Arena/Nature reserve and 5 min (by car) from skiiing slopes/crosscountry tracks.

Nested on a small hill our lovely secluded Black Forest Chalet with garden offers stunning lake views. Less than 1 minute to the lake! Enjoy your barbecue in our garden or a cozy evening in our living room (fireplace incl.). Our chalet is a journey back to the 1950`s and has been carefully renovated (bathrooms, kitchen: new) and upgraded to todays expectations in 2021. Please note that I can only offer Saturady to Saturday bookings during high season form May 30th until September 5th.

Cozy apartment with great Schluchsee views. Good starting point for winter sports on the Feldberg In autumn/winter you can sit inside and enjoy the view, and when it is warm you can also sit on the balcony. The apartment can accommodate 2-3 people. The beach/lakeshore is steps away. In summer, a canoe for 2-3 people is available for the guests. Edeka market, train station and town center are a few minutes' walk away. Tourist tax (€2.90/person/day) included in the price.

From each room you can directly access a balcony overlooking the beautiful nature. Hiking trails start right by the house.

The attic loft apartment (built in 2018) is located in a farmhouse with horses and is ideal for guests (individual or a couple) looking for peace and relaxation who only want to cater for themselves to a limited extent (breakfast). The cooking facilities on the brand new wood-burning stove are limited due to the sloping roof. There is a small electric hotplate. Dishes, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules) and kettle are provided.

Enjoy a break in the middle of the countryside between goats and forests in a secluded location. Start the day with a glass of fresh goat's milk and enjoy the fantastic view and watch our goats and feel the calming effect. Right outside your front door you can start your hikes through the fascinating Black Forest. Our well-known Rothaus brewery is worth a trip. It can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

Black Forest Country Cottage

This unique cottage is located in the heart of the Black Forest in the lovely valley called Kleines Wiesental in the village of Bürchau at about 750 metes above sea level. It's surrounded by forest and meadows. You will enjoy the beautiful view and the peace and far away from the noisiness of citys.
