Hiking and cross country skiing routes start right next to the house. There are two playgrounds on the same street and all amenities can be reached by foot (supermarket, restaurants, ski slope etc.). Die große Zweizimmerwohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang (Stufen - nicht barrierefrei) und ist für Selbstversorger komplett ausgestattet. Bettwäsche, Dusch- und Handtücher werden pro Person/Aufenthalt zur Verfügung gestellt. Rauchen, in der Wohnung, und Partys sind bei uns NICHT gestattet.

Das Appartement zum schwarzen Wald befindet sich im Terrassenpark, in Schonach im Schwarzwald. Vor dem Appartement sind kostenfreie Parkplätze, mit direktem, barrierefreiem Zugang zur Wohnung. Ein Hallenbad befindet sich ebenfalls im Gebäude zur kostenfreien Nutzung. Eine Sauna zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung, welche durch eine kleine Gebühr (1 € für 10 Minuten) genutzt werden kann.
