We are 60 miles from Shreveport and 40 miles from Nacogdoches. We are 5 miles from beautiful lake Sam Rayburn. You can fish all day or evening, come home to a fish cleaning station for your catch. Plenty of room to park and charge your boat to be ready for the next day. Private deck/grill and sitting if you choose to cook your meal. Clean hot shower. Living area very clean with large screen TV/movies or books if you choose to read. Queen size bedding for a great nights rest. Very quiet with only the cows, birds and squirrels

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Nice open floor plan with two bedrooms , two baths with full kitchen, living and washer/dryer. Ask about discounts for longer stays! The wooded back yard with fire pit is the perfect place to relax. Watch for the foxes, squirrels and red headed wood peckers! There is also a covered back porch with seating! The patio has table with chairs and bar-b-que grill. So close to Mansfield but so private feeling.
