Monthly Rentals in Shinjuku City

This is a very nice small place with everything you need. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was very easy to check in as the door just has a combination lock, which also made it really nice and easy to get in and out every day. The area is very nice, safe and quiet (so I hope that future guests help keep it that way) but it is also quick and easy to get to Shinjuku. When we arrived the host had also left us some very nice treats which were things I wouldn't have tried otherwise but did like so I am very grateful for that. The place is beautifully decorated & clean, looking just like the photos with a comfy bed and a great air con.

Great service, good communication, clean condo and convenient location. 5 to 7 mins walkable to a station and many restaurants. A supermarket is next door. The laundry room and shower room are big. Each room has their own control for heat or cooling under two mini split units. Airport shuttle is plus especially when you are first time traveller in Japan. Tatsuki is very helpful and friendly. Their team responses very fast. Modori and Tatsuki both are very responsible.

It was a great stay, the appartement is very good and very cosy. Close to everything like restaurant, transport and activities ! We had a wonderful stay and really felt at home !

The host always quick response. Location is nice and easy access Shinjuku, one of the major travel place in Tokyo. Overall the studio is clean and nice. Even for couple to stay also suitable
