After a rough start to my mom’s holiday, Danielle and Nicolas saved the day by quickly arranging this stunning property for us. We had a wonderful time at the beach house. The fun amenities, including the pool, foosball table, and pool table were big hits. I really liked that the bedrooms were all private suites. This worked well for our multigenerational group. Another major highlight was the golf cart, which allowed us to take our entire group on visits to the the beach and to see the sights of Bang Saray. Bang Saray is quieter than patayya. Very family friendly. a good mix of local thai's and beach vacationers from Thailand and abroad. A tourist area, but not a tourist trap. A few features of the home were showing signs of wear/age, specifically the pool chairs and pool cover had very deteriorated covers which did detract from. their functions. I also noticed more than a few light bulbs were burned out, including in the main room of the property. these didn't hurt our overall experience much, but I would encourage the owners to make repairs to these. Communication with the owners was very professional.

Clean and hygienic, shopping is convenient, a lot of snacks nearby, and there are also good restaurants

The place was exactly the same as the pictures and description. Tanya provides plenty of towels and the contact was always friendly and very quick and very helpful. We felt comfortable and found the price-performance ratio reasonable.

I had a pleasant two-week stay in this well-appointed apartment, which featured a range of amenities including televisions with Netflix, a comfortable bed, an efficient washing machine good refrigirator, and robust security measures such as keycard access for the elevators and security personnel at the gate. The location was convenient, situated just a 10-minute walk from Beach Road.

Amazing place this! Just off the beach it’s pristine condition offering privacy in private pool area. Scooter came with the room and a tremendous breakfast, overall 5/5

Very nice and well-kept room with a balcony in a condominium with access to the pool, gym, laundry. Friendly service. In the area there is a beautiful park, restaurants and other attractions. I really appreciate the efficient communication with Roya. I highly recommend it
