In the middle of Søhøjlandet, Svejstrup Gammel Præstegård is located high in the small village of Svejstrup. In the backyard, there is shade under the ancient trees, while in the Monastery Garden there are full of flowers and lovely nooks to eat or relax in. Behind the farm is a newly planted forest with watering holes while you can pick up fresh eggs from the hens. From the farm you are at the same time in the middle of Lake Highland's many nature experiences; Gudenåen, countless swimming lakes, hiking trails or kayaking to Silkeborg, while Aarhus is only 25 minutes away by train.

Welcome to our charming straw house with great location and views. Close to Himmelbjerget, swimming lakes, hiking route, forests and city life in Aarhus. The house is a part of the residential community Kirstinelund, but has its own garden with chicken coop, fire pit, shelter and two lovely terraces. We have two cute maine coon cats, Puma and Lilleko, that come with it. Partitions share 12 tdr. country natural plot with river valley, fruit trees, horses, trails, sheep and a playground. It is 3 kilometers to the nearest train station, 20 minutes to Aarhus.

Mejeri is located in a beautiful natural area about 20 minutes to Aarhus A good starting point for trips, e.g. Legoland The dairy is from 1916, and has been awarded as a good and beautiful building The apartment has a private entrance, divided into 3 floors, and with 3 double rooms. Beautiful view of meadow and Mossø. Barbecue and large fire pit in the garden. We prioritize hygiene highly, and you can expect a newly cleaned apartment. The apartment is super cozy and is regularly maintained. We can't wait for you to come and visit us 🌺

House near forest, lake and shopping

The house is located in the scenic Søhøjland. The large detached house is located on a closed residential road, and you as guests have the whole house to yourself. There are two bedrooms, each with three beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, electric kettle, etc., and there are two toilets - one with a bath. You can choose to barbecue on the terrace during the summer and enjoy the garden. There are chickens in the garden and where you are welcome to pick up freshly laid eggs. There is also a cute and petite female cat.

Countryside apartment - Gudenådalen

Welcome to Aagaarden. Stay in the countryside and enjoy the beautiful and unique nature of Gudenådalen. Stay close to forests, bathing lakes, Gudenåen and Silkeborg - if you like MTB-driving, kayaking and canoeing, fishing, cycling or a quiet hike in beautiful surroundings, you have come to the right place. Aagaarden is only 15 km drive from Silkeborg and 5 km to Gjern hills. The trekking trail that follows the River Guden from Silkeborg to Randers is definitely worth a visit and is only 130 m from the house.

Lovely annex in Gudenåfredning with room for 4 people. The annex has 2 terraces facing south and west respectively and has really good views of fields. There is access to large communal garden with trampoline, swings, and fire pit. The annex has a spa and sauna and large windows out to fields, etc. Enjoy a lovely farm holiday where the opportunities for bike rides and walks are right outside the door. It is only 7 km to Silkeborg city center and only about 1.5 km to the godåstien, city bus, playground, etc.

Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Large and spacious, well-equipped holiday apartment, suitable for families with children, of a total of about 90 m2. 65" smart tv. The property includes a large plot with cozy walking paths and a field with the possibility of running, dog training and by agreement: car, bike and motocross, horseback riding, etc. By arrangement and fee you can organize smaller parties/events for up to about 40 guests and in total I can offer accommodation for about 15 guests.
