Great location to explore the surrounding mountains. Perfect flat for a couple, equipped with all necessary amenities.

The place is amazing located: great views from upper floors, peaceful and quiet surroundings. We were able to reach Davos Platz by feet in 10 minutes. The apartment itself was very cozy. The host was very helpful.

Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen 👍🏻☺️ ich würde wieder kommen. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und eine sehr ruhige Lage. Das Haus war total sauber. Man hat sich wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit am schönen Comer See. Herr Pedrazzani hat uns freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit für Fragen und Tipps zu sprechen. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der große Balkon zum See ist phantastisch. Leider konnten wir wegen des Wetters nicht oft draußen sitzen – wie toll muss es dort erst im Sommer sein. Pianello ist ein beschaulicher, kleiner Ort und bietet dennoch gute Restaurants, Ausgehmöglichkeiten und sogar einen kleinen Supermarkt in Laufweite der Unterkunft. Vor Allem in der Bar Sport haben wir gerne unser Frühstück und unseren Aperitif genossen. Viele der schönen Orte am Comer See sind von hier gut zu erreichen. Besonders schön ist die Anreise mit den Linienschiffen, auch wenn man etwas Zeit mitbringen muss. Der Anleger ist jedenfalls bequem und schnell von der Unterkunft aus zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

O lugar é maravilhoso, pena que tinha se passado a temporada de esqui. Paisagem de cinema, cidade pequena, lindo ver as crianças indo pra escola de patinete, bicicleta e outras brincando no que ainda tinha restado de neve.

A comfortable, clean and cozy apartment. Has everything a family needs for a week-long stay and more. Beautiful view over Davos. Great location. The house is situated right above the Parsennbahn valley station (almost "ski-out"), within walking distance of the train station and a bus stop, 15 minutes by foot away from the family-friendly Bünda ski lift. Hohe Promenade (hikeable in winter, too) starts right behind the house. Our kids loved the swimming pool and the playroom (shared with all tenants). We were late for the check-in as our train got cancelled, but the keyholder kindly waited for us at the reception. Thank you! If you (like us) arrive by public transport: the house is on a hillside, some 20 meters above the train station Davos Dorf. And the reception is even higher uphill. If you have heavy luggage, maybe take a taxi (it's just a 1-minute ride), or leave your luggage at the lower entrance (in the garage/parking) and get your keys at the reception first.

This is my second time staying with Wendy and it definitely won’t be my last! Wendy is a wonderful host, bubbly, friendly and responsive. The room is clean and cosy, with a stunning view, exactly like the pictures. The area has a few lovely restaurants, a bakery, a bar and connections to all of the popular Lake Como towns for day trips. I really cannot fault Wendy’s place. I can’t wait to come back next year!!

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf den Comer See. Ideal um von hier aus den See zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da in Sala Comacina selbst nur eine eingeschränkte Anzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stränden und Restaurants besteht. In der Umgebung befinden sich jedoch viele kleinere und größere Ortschaften, die zum erkunden einladen. Wenn man Langschläfer ist, sollte man jedoch den Glockenturm beachten, der bereits früh morgens ca. 7 Uhr mit seinem Glockenspiel startet. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Sala Comacina und haben es sehr genossen von der Wohnung aus den See zu erkunden!

The place is great as a base for hiking, biking, walking around Colico area. Claudia, the host, is very friendly and helpful person. You have everything you need in the place. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back😁

Fantastic place if you want to stay secluded from the hustle bustle. The only way to get around is by a rental bike or car. We had a car and we like staying a little off the grid so it was apt for us. A 4m drive down to the Caddenabia pier to take the boats to other spots on the lake and a 6m drive up north to Mennagio. There is a grocery store down by the lake as well. From the house, you have superb views of Bellagio and Verrana. The kitchen is more than equipped. Just get your groceries and you’re all set. 1 room has an attached bathroom and the other is just outside the room. The pool and the deck were amazing as well. 2 big cars can be parked on the property. The host was fantastic. Always available, even on a Sunday and always with clear instructions. Will definitely want to visit again.

The host is kind and helpful she is very nice person, everything was great the view and the place and the pictures match the reality, but too much spiders and insects outside in the garden and little spiders inside the home. The road was hard to reach the destinantion.

This is a beautiful apartment in a top notch location. The lake view is stunning and it is very conveniently located for exploring the Como Lake by boat - the ferry terminal is just a few minutes walk away. Andrea was a great host and all communication with him was very smooth. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.
