Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Silvaplana

Dear Yvonne, Thank you for the great time. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The large, fenced garden was great for our little son. He was able to get out on his own and play football. Yvonne's grandson was another plus as a great teammate. Yvonne was always quick to respond to questions. The location is great, great view, but not too high, so you are quickly on the main road. Large supermarkets and a shaded child-friendly beach 10 minutes away. We were very pleased and had a great time! Very nice single storey apartment, very well located, two minutes walk from the Varenna pier, with a very nice patio and a peaceful flower garden. It's a great place to rest after sightseeing around Como Lake. Hosts are very considerate and responsive, you feel at home. Access instructions are very clear and recommendations nearby are offered.

The place was as described and there was everything you need for a stay.

Very convenient place, close to the train station and the ferry station. One of the bathroom was quite small, but the other bathroom was good. Definitely would recommend for the location! Easy check in process.

The lockbox to get your keys is not located where Google maps says for directions. it took a some time to locate where to get the keys. it's in town across from the ferry. near the ice cream shop.

We had an amazing time in this special place. The view and access to the lake are perfect and well above most other homes found around the lake. We'll be happy to go back!

Thanks for the wonderful stay. The place is very nicely decorated. I loved the many lovingly designed details. A nice surprise was the full fridge and the fine things for breakfast. Massimo and Viviana were very friendly and the communication worked out great. I really enjoyed the time and would book the place again anytime.

We enjoyed a very great ski week in Teola. The apartment has a great location, very close to the valley station, quiet, sunny and separate, heated ski room. Giorgio's staff on site were very friendly and very helpful. Only we had 2x short power interruption, because the power grid doesn't seem to be so resilient. Otherwise, everything is great!

A very beautiful view from the balcony and a nice apartment. Limited walkability around the area and things to do, but perfect for just relaxing.

We had booked the place for 6 days. Paola and her husband Giacomo were extremely friendly, warm and helpful. ( e.g. they arranged a workshop directly after a flat tire.) They gave us many tips for excursions and beautiful places around the Como lake. The apartment is hidden in a quiet location on the mountain. Getting there can be a challenge for beginners. We will be happy to come back:)

The apartment is in a great location. Especially in front of the bus that leads to the ski resort. In addition, it has been very cozy, perfectly equipped and just right for us. Nicole is friendly and communication went perfectly. Looking forward to next time!

We LOVE Bellagio Love. This was an amazing place. The apartment is very close and walkable to the ferry at San Giovanni , Villa Melzi and Gardens as well as to the center of Bellagio. There are plenty of hills and roads are tight but walkable. People who have trouble walking can take a handy, small tour train that stops near the apartment and will take you to sites in the town. The apartment is comfortable for four adults and well appointed. Clean!!! The pool was lovely. The Il Lombardia bike race came right by the house on Sunday, so Saturday evening was a bit noisy with activity but still exciting to be on the route.. The hosts were VERY helpful. Watch the videos they send to assist as they are necessary to make finding the apartment easier. This place made a life long dream of visiting Lago di Como even better! I hope we can return someday!

Davide is an exceptional host! He offered us the unit early (even though we couldn't get there early, it was a nice gesture) and the fireplace was on when we arrived. The apartment has everything one would need. We cooked all our meals there and it was completely fine. Short walk into town means you're closeby all the amenities of the small town. Great place to enjoy Lake Como!

Such a nice view through the balcony. It was clean and nice place to stay. Luca is friendly. Responds my matters within minutes. Only thing was we were not able to handle room tempreture as we want, he was handling it through app. How ever highly recommend this place for calm stay!!

This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our time at Carlo's. The apartment was spotless and I have to say that the bed was very comfortable. The layout also suited us well as it had a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room upstairs and the same setup plus kitchen downstairs. Essentially, everyone could spread out and relax after a long day. The location is a 8 minute walk to the ferry and 10 minute walk to the bus station. There is a very good bakery with a coffee shop next door that is 4 minutes down the road from the house. Beautiful area, fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but a car is advisable because of the location. We enjoyed the time very much, also the SPA area is highly recommended. Communication with our host was also very good. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this idyllic Airbnb in the mountains near Lake Lugano. The small Italian village exudes tranquility, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The surrounding nature with its mountains is breathtaking, and there are numerous opportunities for hikes and walks. The Airbnb itself is immaculately clean and cozy – a perfect place to get away from it all. If you are looking for peace, nature and Italian village idyll, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

A very nice apartment with your feet in the water with a great view. A very good location to easily visit Lake Milan the Borromean Islands Lake Lugano ... We would highly recommend this dream location.

We had a great time at Mario's place. The apartment was great for our family (2 adults 2 children and 1 baby) Check-in with the lockbox (because we arrived very late) was very convenient. We were able to meet Mario the following morning. He explained how the shuttles work on the lake. He gave us good places to eat/shop and/or order to be delivered in the evening. Mario is a very available and accommodating host. The apartment is true to the listing and very clean. We would highly recommend Mario and his apartment!
