Mirko is a kind and helpful person, the apartments were clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay, the garden is large and tidy, in the evening there were also lights above the outdoor benches for those who want to stay out and eat with plenty of seats.

The apartment was exactly as described and well equipped, everything was great. Especially stunning location!!! Marta was also very helpful and friendly!

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

Very much enjoyed our stay! The house is really fully equipped, super tidy and clean and is in a beautiful location in the mountains. The pool is shared with the residents of the other residences on the residence, but for the most part you have this pool to yourself. The residents are super friendly and would love to have a chat with you in Italian 😁 Colico at the lake is a cozy little place where you can eat and drink. This is fine to walk down in a 25 minutes (we with 2 children 5 and 9 years of age). From Colico you can easily reach all sides around Lake Como. We are definitely recommend this stay to others!

Great place! There were three of us here as a family. The listing matches the photos! A little hard to find, but wonderfully located with great views. In the house is everything you need. The host was always quick to respond to messages and gave great tips for the area. Clear recommendation!

We had a great stay in Milano. The apartment is perfect for exploring the city. It‘s in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The supermarket at the corner is convenient. We would totally stay there again, highly recommended.

The apartment is luxury, the private garden stunning, the view amazing, no stress, no noise and well linked to Bellagio and ferry boats. The hosts are always available for every kind of needs. They even reserve the tables for you at the restaurants if you ask.

Caroline's home was a wonderful fit for our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids). We found it spacious, practical, and very convenient. The kids especially loved the amazing garden, where we enjoyed many meals in the lovely weather. Caroline was also super responsive and friendly, and she was very flexible with our check-in and check-out, which was a great bonus. The frequent public transport on lines 7 and 1 made exploring the area easy.

We were on vacation with two teenagers and enjoyed the time very much. Very spacious accommodation with a spectacular view. There was everything that made the family vacation easier. Excursions to the surrounding area are very possible because of a convenient location. Had a great time despite the rain. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We spent almost a week here and thought it was the absolute best option we could find. Walking distance to everything and lovely private garden with more than 3 different cats visiting every time you sat there. We walked to almost every restaurant they recommended and had absolutely amazing food served! They respond quickly to messages and even offered to help us with something we thought about after 10pm at night, top service! If we go back, we absolutely live here...

The owner was very welcoming and helpful - she even gave us a lift to the grocery store the day we were without a car. The place was were clean and comfortable. The town is small and easy to get from there to the more interesting sites. You can easily get to the main sites by bus but it’s recommended to have a car since the house is located high on the hill.

The place was lovely and 100% matched the photos on the listing. Surroundings is quiet and borders directly on a forest, where you can walk. The house is clean, well-maintained and includes everything needed. The landlord is helpful, responds quickly to messages and gives tips for the region. It's worth staying at the K10House!
