Vacation rentals with beach access in Somerset

This place was stunning, my family loved being here. Pictures do not do it justice. Would recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable apartment. The bed is one of the best we've slept in. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very close to beautiful walks and amenities. Only slight negative was the noise early in the morning when staff are preparing breakfast for the BandB guests in the main residence but we were not put off by this. We will definitely be returning.

absolutely amazing place to stay felt right at home first place we have stayed where we had different things already provided we packed lots to come with us tea sugar coffee dish cloths fairy liquid so we was stunned to see that all this was already provided we had a fantastic stay Debby & Grant was amazing from booking to getting home we will definitely book through you again and be back beautiful caravan in the perfect spot close to the heart of everything thank you both me my partner and children had the best time and made amazing memories 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very nice and clean place to stay. Myself and my partner took our 1 year old son. We had a great time, lots to do in the area, most in walking distance. Only down side was that there isnt wifi my partner couldnt do the work he needed to when little one had gone bed. Other than that, beautiful place.

Really nice apartment to stay in if you’re visiting Minehead or surrounding areas. Clean tidy apartment with amazing views of the sea. Felt at home, very comfortable. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for the stay. It’s located in the perfect spot right next to the beach and it’s so peaceful! Great service provided by the host, quick to reply to any messages you send. Would definitely visit again. My kids are already asking when can we go back. Big thank you to the host Denise!!

It was a beautiful place. We initially thought it was going to be cold, but the fireplace and heaters ensured the place was super warm. Kids and adults had super fun with the farm ride. Rain boots are a must to go to fishing, which is only reachable by walk. Highly recommend this place.

We had a fabulous stay at Woodside Cottage, which was perfectly nestled close to town and trailheads - a charming, clean and comfortable home base to venture forth from. We enjoyed great walks in the surrounding woods and along the coast, pausing to look at wildflowers and neighboring gardens along the way, and stopping for a pint on our way back home. Denys was an amazing host and truly went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. All in all a wonderful time, wish we could’ve stayed longer and hope to find our way back again someday!

A super Airbnb which I would definitely use again. Clean and tidy with a safe back garden for Teddy (dog). Lovely and modern interior, coop just around the corner and easy to walk into watchet, the shops and pub there and also to the beach. Holly communicated really well and have us a little longer on check out day. This was really appreciate as we had been in the area for a friends funeral and were shattered. Thank you so much for having us Holly and trusting us with your house. Emma x

We arrived in the dark and rain wasn't the easiest place find. Fantastic village location with spectacular views from the breakfast bar.lovely and spacious and great with the dog. Will return in the future

The Chapel is spacious, comfortable and full of quirky features, such as beautiful windows, high ceilings, art and tasteful decorative ornaments and furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and Stephen is extremely helpful and quick to respond. We enjoyed our week, the chapel was peaceful, easy to find and well positioned for our days out. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful house with excellent facilities. Always fabulous when our dogs can join our holidays 🐶 House is very spacious and a bonus having bathrooms each! small fenced off garden courtyard was perfect for a read in the sun and knowing the dogs were safe. Responsive host, generous in our prosecco gift and very kind gesture of Easter eggs for our son 🐰 easy walking distance to everything beach shops restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely building, which was cosy and restful. The space worked v well for us, with 5 kids ages 12-17 in tow, with the bedrooms/ en suites meaning we all had space to relax and enjoy time spent inside as well as exploring the local area. Jo was responsive and friendly.

We had a gorgeous stay! The place itself is stunning and the furnishings extremely tasteful and comfortable. I would happily go back. Very much an elegant home from home!

The steps to the apartment from our parked car were as described. They are super steep & narrow. Not for kids, or if you need to push a push chair. Not for anyone with mobility issue. Apartment is super clean and tidy. Please be aware that this is a place surrounded by forests. You’ll get insects and slugs in the apartment which freaked my city son out haha. I think it’s because it’s summer as well. So if you’re like my son - might not be a place for you lol Really easy to walk into Lynton with nice cafes and restaurants. There’s only one tiny supermarket in Lynton so bring plenty of supplies. Kitchen is equipped with a kettle, hob, toaster and oven. A microwave would be handy. Bring your own oil etc if you’re staying longer and plan to cook. Bring your own toiletries although handwash & toilet rolls are generously provided. I think this place used to be a bed & breakfast as all the rooms in the Penthouse have numbers on the doors. Very quaint and cute.

5 min walk to the beach and Main Street with restaurants and local pubs. Craig was very responsive and accommodating. When we checked in there were some issues with the heating. He brought 2 electric heaters straight away and we were very comfortable. Quiet location but around the corner from Dunstan pub - our fav in Burnham.

Great apartment clean and everything that you would need available. Short walk to the beach making it great for the dogs.

Had an awesome stay in Smuggler’s Annexe. Location was great for exploring the Somerset costal path eastwards towards Dunster Beach. Dunster itself (inc the Castle) was superb. Plenty of food options in Minehead too. Will hopefully get the chance to come back soon and do some more exploring. The Annexe had everything we needed, plus the dog loved the enclosed garden. The powerful shower and very decent spec smart TV were a real bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re a couple (with or without a dog) looking for somewhere comfortable as a base to explore the area.

Great place to stay to explore Lynton and Lynmouth and the surrounding area. Lovely!

We enjoyed our stay and the charm of „sandbank“ and burnham on sea. Absolutely recommended to everyone searching wild romantic nature, lovely village sides and perfect fish&chips!

I was walking the coast path and Neal’s place a great flat as a base; clean, comfy and everything needed with a couple of restaurants and food shops very close.
