Marina View, a lovely home with sea views.

Two minutes walk from the marina with fantastic sea views, ours is a lovely home from home for individuals, couples or families, wishing to stay in the centre of this pretty coastal village. It is an unusual oak beamed maisonette on the 1st and 2nd floors of a 19th century building and not suitable for people who cannot manage steep stairs. We have 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a living/dining room with sea views, an office for home working and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

We love the fact that you can sit and have a meal looking out to sea in all weathers,it is always changing Watching the RNLI life boats practice on a Sunday morning is interesting. The apartment is just a few yards away from a large park with play area for children, and an ideal for a walk. Beautiful family house with spectacular views from most rooms across the Bristol Channel to Wales and over Lynmouth village.The house is situated directly on the South West coast path on the hill between Lynton and Lynmouth with easy access on foot to both with all their amenities.There are five bedrooms along with two sitting rooms .There is a lovely terrace with a small table overlooking the sea.
