In the morning explore an extensive property next to the Franschhoek Mountains. Swim and play tennis. Wander through vineyards, an olive grove, and a rose garden. This suite is set on a 2 hectare farm and is perfect for a tranquil and peaceful getaway, but within 2 km of the quaint Franschhoek village. Franschhoek is known for its beautiful mountain ranges and valley vistas, delicious wines, culinary delights and quaint shops. You can enjoy secure parking behind locked gates, access to the rose garden, tennis court, vineyards and olive groves. You have your own private entrance. The house is surrounded by farms and has excellent views. We are just over 2km from Franschhoek Village, so in easy access. If you do not want to drive, you can get around very easily on the Tuk-Tuk or hire a bicycle to enjoy a leisurely drive around the village and valley. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Cafe Bon Bon who are our neighbours. Access is through a private gate a short walk through our vineyards. Sandstone house is located in the quiet corner of Franschhoek with very little traffic noise as there is no through traffic. The guest suite is in Sandstone House. Mountain Views at a Smart Hilltop Home with Solar Power

Gaze over the Moot from a covered, lit dining terrace. Immaculate, clean-lined, contemporary interiors flow via sliding glass walls onto a generous wraparound deck. Black and steel accents complement airy whites, soft greys, and organic, earthy tones. We have solar power. The house has three separate bedrooms each with an En Suite bathroom on the ground level accessed through an electric gate with a small front yard. The living areas are spacious and open plan with lots of light and an outdoor feel. There is no garden, however, lots of outdoor space with an incredible view of the mountain and valley that is known as The Moot. Enjoy your stay in a relaxed, easy to care space. You will have the whole place to yourselves! Good communication is important to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. We are happy to answer any questions regarding travel, attractions, places to visit and everything that interest you. The house is at the top of a steep driveway in quiet Villieria, one of Pretoria’s oldest neighbourhoods. It is close to the highway, university, hospitals, embassies and amenities. Find shops, cafes, and restaurants just down the road. In addition to Uber and metered taxis, a bus to the Gautrain station leaves from Webb Street in the nearby Queenswood. A bus service and a bus to the Gautrain station is available just 200 meters down the road. Metered taxi's or Uber are available too. Parking for 1 car is available on the property. Situated on top of a hill, it may be a challenging drive into the driveway for some. There is a double garage with direct access into the scullery. The property is safe, enclosed and has an alarm.

Relax in a beautiful Art Deco building that was once home to the original Cape Town cinema. Have a long soak in the modern tub in a marble-tiled bathroom, or cook in the roomy, fully-equipped kitchen. This refurbished space is the ideal city respite. The building does also not experience load shedding which makes it perfect for working travellers. The apartment has two large en-suite bedrooms with an additional guest bathroom. The spaces is 144 squares and a beautiful open plan while the bedrooms are separated from each other to offer complete privacy. All the luxuries a travel could desire with a large flat screen TV, dishwasher and even a wine fridge. The entire apartment I am always available for my guests. I am happy to help with restaurant recommendations, things to do and see or assist with any problems they might experience. The apartment is close to grocery stores, a pharmacy, fantastic restaurants, and has 24/7 security. Bree Street is close for those who prefer the social scene and Kloof Street is nearby for fine dining. The apartment is very central. From the apartment is very easy to access all forms of public transport (bus, Uber, taxi) right outside the building door so a car is not needed. If guests prefer, they can rent a car and park in the building. The apartment has allocated parking. The airport is a 15minutes drive The city has many things to offer and guests can choose from day tours, spa activities, hiking, paragliding, drinking something at a wine bar or going to the beach. All of of these option are within a few minutes from the apartment.

Uber is the quickest, most convenient and affordable way to get around. The nearest hop on, hop off bus stop is 150m from the house. For public transport the nearest MyCity bus stop is 400m from the house. Cleaning and laundry service is available by arrangement The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a large number of restaurants, cafes, and shops.
