Vacation rentals with a hot tub in South Bohemian Region

We really liked Villa Karolina. beautiful private location. The hostess was always nice and accommodating and available at any time. I can highly recommend this villa as family accommodation or group accommodation. nice pool, nice room layout, lots of space Thank you very much for allowing us to come 😊

We spent the weekend as a group of 10 people. The accommodation by Veronika is perfect for this. You have a lot of space, a hot tub, a lake, and a fireplace in the living room. Additionally, it's only 10 minutes away from České Budějovice, which also offers a lot of opportunities. The only negative aspect about the apartment was the radiator which was too loud during the night. After talking to Veronika about it, she quickly came over and turned it off. Thanks for that! :)

It was such a nice holiday! The property is in the middle of nature, surrounded by cows and forest. The house is well equipped, e.g. to cook for larger groups of people, etc. Mega dear host, who is also quick to respond ! I would definitely come again!!!

Great place, nicer than on the photos. There was everything we needed. There are some rooms that are not on the photos. The landlord was very friendly and we had option of flexible check-out. There is WiFi, fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and coffee maker etc. The nature and view are beautiful.

The place was impeccable and great for a large group. Almost every bedroom had en-suite bathrooms. The cabin was very modernly furnished. With the cleanliness, there is still some air up. It was a little dusty in the bathrooms. Great natural area. Perfect for relaxing and escaping from everyday life. We would come back in both summer and winter.

We had a great weekend at this beautiful vacation rental! Everything was clean, cozy and equipped with everything (also bedding and towels were already provided) – just right to have a relaxing time with friends. The location was ideal, and the host was kind and helpful.

It was a good location. It was close to the downtown. We did not find a wine opener. We enjoyed the stay there.

We really enjoyed the stay. The highlight of the house was the hot tub and the view of the adjacent forest with lake. We just found it a pity that the residents of the other house refused us the sauna and thought it was not part of us. So we paid for the sauna, but couldn't use it once. We didn't feel like further arguments. Otherwise, everything is great!

This apartment exceeded our expectations! It was even better than we imagined—super clean, incredibly spacious, and very comfortable. In fact, it felt like it could easily accommodate more people than the listed maximum. We truly felt at ease and could completely relax during our stay. We would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay – modern and well equipped with everything you need. The location on the edge of the forest is beautiful and idyllic. I was completely satisfied. Only downside: the hot tub was unfortunately not usable because the water didn't really get warm even after five hours of heating.

The place was great, even nicer than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. We had someone come by twice a day and heated up. If someone now wonders if there may be any hot water at times or if the accommodation gets cold, I can give an all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water ( 13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat up was very friendly and always trying very hard not to stand out. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. We had a great stay. The location is totally quiet, you are basically all alone. Especially highly recommended with a dog, there are extra bowls and a large dog bed and you can go for a great walk. Otherwise, everything is like in the photos. Thanks for the wonderful time.

The stay was very beautiful, the chalet was nice both interior and exterior, outdoor seating great. Cleanliness and tidiness everywhere, but too much chlorine, which smelled a lot, which was fine as soon as we arrived. A clean hot tub and sauna, the kitchen needs are sufficient, compared to other cabins. A welcoming and welcoming host. We'll be sure to come back and look forward to our next trip.

Everything is impeccable. However, with 6-8 adults, the kitchen is a little small. The kitchen is not particularly well equipped Too small fridge and only a single small pan. It was enough for a short trip. We were satisfied.
