The apartments are located in Šumava in a quiet location on the outskirts of the mountain village of Stachy near the forest at an altitude of 780 m above sea level. It is located on a sunny slope, only 5 km from the ski center Zadov - Churáňov. It offers beautiful views of the surroundings and a huge garden that provides privacy. Apartment Churáňov is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 120m2 for 6+2 people, ideal for 2 families with children. Around the house is a large fenced garden with a sauna. The center with shops is a 10-minute walk, there is also a pharmacy in the village.

Jacuzzi, wine to welcome. The cottage is close to a private beach for settlers. The cottage consists of a kitchen with an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge. There is a living room with a double bed, a seating area, a fireplace, a TV. Another room is a bedroom with 2 beds. There is a toilet and a bathroom - shower. The heating is in the bathroom floor. Elsewhere with air conditioning, a romantic fireplace in the living room to fine-tune the atmosphere. Fire pit, gas grill. Outdoor jacuzzi. It is not possible to have celebrations and parties.

This quiet, newly built modern apartment is designed as a 1+kk. The whole space is airy and pleasantly modern. In the living room there is a double bed, a wardrobe, a living and dining area. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Additional sleeping areas are located on the open floor under the roof accessible by a wooden staircase. All mattresses are comfortable and healthy. From the apartment there is a direct entrance to the terrace, from which has a beautiful view of the Hluboká nad Vltavou chateau.

In the summer, you can enjoy evenings at sunset on the terrace overlooking the Šumava nature and the lake. Swimming within 5 minutes' walk, paddleboard available. Great accessibility to all sports activities - cycling on trails and inline skating, water sports, adrenaline sports, hiking, skiing in the Lipno nad Vltavou ski resort, Hochficht, Frymburk ski park.

Big house with heated indoor swimming pool, a huge garden with barbecue place and children´s corner. 17 beds, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + 1 shower, 3 toilets. Beautiful nature, lakes, forests and fields where you may walk, ride a bike, make jogging and swim or go fishing into a river! A historical city Tabor is just 11 km. There are beautiful castles like Cervena Lhota 22 minutes, Hluboka Castle 40 minutes by car or one hour to Cesky Krumlov, the most romantic city in Czech Republic.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

On the banks of the pond, they call it Vandrovský, under the shrouded ancient oak, a place that our Aranka has found for herself. Beautiful architecture full of exceptional design and comfort, where there is a spacious shower, toilet, kitchenette and Finnish sauna. A heated wooden barrel - hot tub awaits guests outside. Everything is completely secluded, in the peace and quiet of the Šumava foothills.

Vhodné místo na dovolenou pro rodinu, kde děti nebudou mít nouzi o zábavu, ale i pro páry, které si chtějí užít sami sebe, sport, romantiku anebo jen relaxovat a poslouchat zvuky přírody. Nově máme také finskou saunu (za doplatek) s výhledem do magické zahrady :-)

Nádherná krajina v okolí pod maringotkou se přezdívá "Pod rybníčky". V těsné blízkosti uvidíte pole, rozlehlé louky a lesy. Velká dominanta krajiny jsou kamenné stěny z nedalekého lomu, který určitě stojí za návštěvu. Západně od maringotky se nachází prostor starého zemědělského družstva, které má nádech tajuplna.

V okolí se nachází plno krásných cest pro pěší i cyklisty.

128 let stará chalupa se spaním na peci s topením v kamenech dřevem, nebo bez topení v ložnici. Krásné prostředí kopečkaté krajiny s výhledem na rybník a kapličku. Obec má 13 obyvatel, zahradnictví s chovem ovcí. Toužíte-li po klidu v kamenném domě, v krásné přírodě jsme ta nejlepší volba. Nově jsme postavili finskou saunu a v ložnici je infrasauna - placena extra.
