It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. You will likely feel a mix of nostalgia contrasted by the comforts of modern day conveniences. Unique layout. 4BD/3BA, multilevel house with swimming pool. Half block from the beach. WiFi, Garage and more! The house is an Octagon, with main living area on the 2nd floor. Ground floor is the garage! Three bedrooms are on the second floor, and a spiral staircase takes you to bedroom/loft #4 located on the 3rd floor. Each room has ceiling fans, and the property features central AC, 3 Smart TVs and fast internet and a private swimming pool. There is a washer and dryer in the garage.

Tropical Paradise Getaway

Come visit my cozy lower unit surrounded by tropical plants. Ground floor unit of house, 1/2 block from beach, beach access at end of street. This unit has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has 2 twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. One bathroom is inside the unit and an additional bathroom is outside the unit by the patio. Up to 2 small dogs (20 lbs and under) are allowed without prior approval. Dogs over 20 lbs must be pre-approved.

Island Cove

Our little beach house has the ideal location. It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...).
