Hut vacation rentals in South West England

I have so many great things to say, so to keep it short I'll bullet point. - Great location/community - Private - Friendly and responsive hosts - Clear instructions and tour - Clean and comfortable - Felt very welcomed - Also a bonus of a cat that sounds like a sheep :) Planning to go again, later this year. Would highly recommend

Fabulous hut in a glorious location. It has everything we needed and was beautifully clean. The host was extremely helpful and answered so quickly any questions. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hut has beautiful surroundings which we enjoyed from the hot tub. We walked to a cafe and then drove into the local town and went to a really nice pub. The hut was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks Fiona 😊

We absolutely loved our stay. It's the cutest little place, private but not too far from anything you need. Jessica was so incredibly helpful, nothing was too much of an ask. Cake and Prosecco on arrival was an added bonus. I'd recommend to anyways wanting to stay. It's small but has everything you need and the hot tub was beautiful, morning and night. Thank you again Jessica, we wish you all the best and hope to return in the future.

Me and five friends spend New Year’s Eve at Fiona’s huts and we had the most amazing time. The place is even better than what you see in the pictures. It’s cozy, comfortable and well equipped. Fiona has been a completely star, helping us with transport and more. Hopefully we will come back!

Overall, accommodation was great and everything went well. Things that I would like to point out. List of amenities these things are not correct. 1. Carbon monoxide alarm for the fireplace. The bedroom is not operational which is a hazard. 2. Coffee machine was not there. We asked and we were kindly given a jar instant coffee. 3. Outdoor to dining area doesn't exist. there is ourdoor furniture but not a dining area. 4. Outdoor kitchen doesn't exist either. They are correct, there is a BBQ as mentioned on the amenities , but that is not a outdoor kitchen. 5. I understand there is no Wi-Fi available. Which would I was okay with as I have 50GB of data. What I was not aware is that the location is in a virtually a signal dead zone there was one spot that we had to go to , if we wanted to receive our Whats-App messages. I would see this as an important thing to mention to people. Lastly , we had the lovely couple who lived at the corner who were available when we needed to ask questions.

Really lovely few days spent here - I got all the weathers, but it didn't spoil it one bit! Totally secluded, which is what I was after, but still with a proper bathroom and kitchen to hand, to could just completely relax and stay in. Cosy evenings with log burner roaring - very efficient and warmed up the hut quickly! Birds and squirrels visited the feeding station each morning, so felt very Snow White, and could hear owl at nighttime. As in other review: There are no plug sockets - None. So come fully charged and with charged up power packs, in case of emergency if you venture out (though, I recharged at pubs/cafes when I was out!) Beautiful views, quiet, secluded spot - You will completely relax here!

We had a lovely stay. It's very close to town and an easy walk to the beach. It felt very private and the orientation of the windows and deck area made it very secluded with beautiful views. We would happily stay again.

This lovely little tucked away Shepard's hut was everything i hoped for! I booked this as a surprise birthday present for my partner and needless to say it ticked all the boxes. It was clean, cosy and secluded. The hot tub was lovely and the hut itself had all the essentials, it's obvious a great amount of care and attention to detail went into this little hideaway. Finding the hut and getting in was easy enough and the location itself was absolutely stunning. The hut overlooks a picturesque view of the welsh countryside that looked especially beautiful during dusk. The location was private and secluded but not so far from local services to be impractical. A short drive for snacks and drinks is all that's needed and you can retreat to the hut and hot tub and forget about the world for a little while. Amazing.

Where to start!! Jayne was an amazing host. From the moment you arrive at the blue hut, to leaving. You felt completely relaxed and happy. Jayne had left some bubbles, marshmallows and biscuits to make s’mores which was 10/10. My boyfriend and I loved the stay! All the amenities you could ask for from the hot tub to the bbq, farm shop down the road and the amazing views. The bed was so comfortable and the shower/ bathroom was spotless! We would both really recommend Jayne and the stay at the blue hut! Thank you Jayne!

We had a lovely stay here for the night. The area is absolutely beautiful and was so relaxing watching the sun set by the water. The cabin is clean and has everything you’d need for a short stay. We will definitely be back!

Honestly my Wife and I just had the time of our lives at this place, it's a beautiful location surrounded by nature where you'll have a peaceful experience but hosts are at hand anytime you need them. Getting to spend time with alpacas in the afternoon then eating delicious homecooked woodfired pizza before finishing the evening in a hot tub ubder the stars is the dream. I can't express enough how lovely and welcoming the hosts are. 10/10 . If you're scrolling and wondering I'd say stop and book this place, you don't know what you're missing. Philip Cooper

The location was idyllic and the Shepherds Hut a peaceful, beautifully presented place to stay. It was a cosy, warm, well equipped hut, which just aired class. The fixtures and fittings were quality and the bed extremely comfortable looking out across the field and the hills beyond. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch and meant you didnt need to go shopping for breakfast or an evening tipple. Lots of beautiful walks on your door step and the centre of the village 0.69 miles away to the local pub. We genuinely cannot fault the shepherds hut one bit. Just a relaxing place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We recommend 100%.

We stayed in Owl hut 2 with our dog Suki. The place was absolutely beautiful, the decor and little touches had been thought out so well; complimentary breakfast goods, any warm beverage you could wish for, pillow spray, luxury shower products and toiletries, even little shower caps if needed. The towels were also very soft and luxurious. There were dog treats, poo bags, feeding bowl and a cozy soft little towel for her muddy paws. The natural surroundings are just perfect for an escape back to nature. The outdoor chairs were dressed with soft cozy blankets and cushions, that looked so welcoming. We enjoyed a fire looking at the stars and relaxed with some wine chatting in comfort. The hut was warm and cozy, I’d brought extra blankets, but they weren’t needed as it retained heat really well. I would absolutely recommend this place as a place for sanctuary and relaxation. It’s worth every penny and provides what I would consider, a luxury retreat.

We had a lovely night at Amber's property. The instructions on how to get there were really clear and it is in a stunning location. You really do feel like you're in your own little world... Sitting outside in the morning sun having a cup of tea, listening to the birds and the river was amazing. Amber gave us some advice for a local walk which we loved, and the property had a nice enclosed space for our dog to run around freely. Would recommend 😊

We had a great stay, despite the awful weather. We particularly loved spending time in ‘The Three Spaniels’ pub. Miri & Dave were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Beautiful, peaceful location with plenty of space. Our dog loved spending time chasing his ball in the field. The hut has everything you need, including a lovely hot tub. We also had a very warm welcome from the lovely Goose!

Perfect location for exploring tintagel and North Cornwall. Lovely accommodation with great hosts and I would highly recommend :)

We had a great stay at the Abbey View hut. The hut was lovely, clean and warm (underfloor heating) with added extras of things we may not of thought to bring with us. The surroundings/scenery was beautiful, the morning sunrise was amazing and sitting in the hot tub at night looking at the stars is a must! Bens grandad was lovely, knowledgeable and gave us good recommendations for local eateries. There was WiFi for the huts but couldn’t find a password to access it, I did message but no response. Only suggestion would be to make the fence between huts and house longer and less see through to add more privacy. Highly recommend as avid users of Airbnb.

Absolutely beautiful setting! A perfect way to relax. We thoroughly loved our stay and so did our dog. Natalie and her family were super friendly and recommended the pub we had an amazing meal at. Thank you!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin! We arrived and there was a bottle of prosseco and treats for our dog, All around it was amazing you had everything you needed Theyd just had a new hot tub when we came and it was so relaxing with a beautiful view! They are friendly and they care about their guests a lot! The garden is fenced off if you have 4 legged friend and its very secured, id 100% recommend this place to our friends and family 10/10 Thank you pam and adam
