The apartment was a good size with 2 large bedrooms ( 1 with a double + a single bed) with plenty of storage in both rooms . Nice fully equipped kitchen & comfortable lounge with 2 large sofas & dining table to sit 8 . View of sea from lounge/ bedroom. Only draw back which could prevent some less able folk from booking is the 3 flights of stairs to reach unit. No lift Host Lee is very helpful & responds quickly to any queries .

Excellent little gem, we come up here for the weekend, host was super accomodating, we loved the place and already made plans to come back at some point soon. Home away from home ❤️

Lovely stay . Lots of attention to detail throughout the property. Kitchen well stocked with utensils etc . Great location for town , walking and bus service . Can’t wait to return .

A lovely clean and cosy flat. Had everything we needed and was nice and warm. Ideal for my son and I, who were visiting Cardiff University. Easy walk into Penarth town and lovely views of the bay. This is our third visit to The Lookout and we have booked again for September. Louise is so helpful and responds quickly to any queries. The apartment is wonderfully equipped and has stunning views across River Dart. So much to see and watch, and lots to do. The weather has been wonderful, but even if it is poor there is still so much to watch and do in this comfortable home from home. Thank you Louise x

We stayed for 6 days in mid-August and it was such a great location and experience for us. Coming up to the day of arrival, Laura was in contact in relation to recommendations for places to see and things to do on site, advice on getting over to the island, where the local shops were etc. The apartment was really quiet and the place was well cared for. When we checked in there was everything there we needed. The fridge was empty and clean, as was the freezer. Everything you would expect for the kitchen was there. You do need to supply your own washing powder, but that was ok. Check out was just as easy and while it was early (10am) there are plenty of ferries running at that time to get you back to the mainland.

A great apartment within a few mins walk of all the shops and restaurants of Cowes. Very clean, spacious and a great view of the marina. Would definitely stay again

Lovely cosy apartment with a beautiful sea view. The sea was mesmerising! I know Sidmouth and have visited a few times now staying in different places but this apartment definitely had the best location and view, for beach and town shops/restaurants. Finbarr was great, communicated well throughout our stay. I would highly recommend.

We had an enjoyable stay - whilst visting our relatives in Pembroke Dock. The accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definatley return in the future.

This place is super chill and serene, right next to nature. The rooms were spotless and roomy, and it was super easy to get around. The host was super helpful and informative. The digital guidebook was awesome - it had everything we needed to know about the place and the equipment. And the hot tub was amazing! The host even left us a birthday cake and champagne, which was a lovely touch. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a fab 3 night stay, great location for us, could walk everywhere. House was lovely! We didnt mind being in the middle of two pubs, both worth a visit. Thank you Debbie, hope you'll have us back again 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Annie’s place in Hayle. We have family local to this area so it was ideal for us. We loved that there was a gorgeous beach restaurant just a stones throw away (Gilbert’s) where we enjoyed a lovely lunch. The beaches at Hayle are some of the best in Cornwall and their locality is perfect. The house was cosy, warm and had all the amenities you could need. The beds were comfortable, showers hot and furniture comfortable and clearly well looked after. We would definitely return and would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay here. Really high quality acommodation. Beautifully clean, very comfortable and a lovely setting. Some great walks nearby too. Highly recommend.

We’ve done Airbnb in a variety of places throughout Europe but this is by far the best !! It was an absolute joy to stay at Tristan’s house; the scenery is amazing, easy access to all the amenities, pub dead opposite + we had an amazing weather which just added to our experience. Tristan was very accommodating & good communicator. The accommodation is really well presented with everything you could’ve hoped for; clean, tidy, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful goodies hamper, plus extras of electric bikes and paddle boards made this the ideal escape location for anybody

Another great stay here! This time, for a longer period of time, additional cleaning and replenishment was offered throughout. A very proactive and helpful host who obviously takes pride in their property and guests. Would highly recommend to others and consider using again in the future.

Just perfect. Very clean and quiet. Loved the layout, slightly quirky but in a really good way. Visiting family close by so it was ideal for us. I look forward to staying here again in the future. We met Mark on the day we arrived, very friendly and approachable. Thank you for letting us stay at the old boatyard.

Location is fantastic, close to bus, great little Co-op, Nick very responsive and patient with us. It's a very secure and safe flat. Found a perfect pub, The Florence for a smash-up Sunday dinner, it's on Florence street. The flat was very roomy, well kitted kitchen which we didn't use because we ate out. The view of the ocean was better than watching tv. We came during a stormy week and had a wonderful time. This is a good spot to do daytrips to Chichester and Winchester and of course Portsmouth is full of things to see even in a rainstorm. A fantastic stay.

The apartment was very good, with excellent views of the bay. The stairs were measured and not overly steep like some of places we have been. Once at the apartment it was very well laid out and on one level, with great views across the bay. Everything in side was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped, there was a large settee in the lounge with Smart TV, and beds were comfortable and rooms peaceful. It is very close to the shops and restaraunts, of which we enjoyed Turkish, Italian and a mix of choices at The Garden Terrace. We unfortunately went on a very cold and windy three days but managed some walks. Also visited Sealife. Debbie checked in with me at regular intervals to check all ok. A lot of info was included in her welcome folder as well. We would willingly rebook at a later date if we planned a stay over in Weymouth in the future and will recommend to others. Elaine.

A very handy, well appointed apartment just right for a couple. Damian is welcoming and helpful. Fresh coffee beans and grinder were a very welcome factor! Comfy bed, great location, handy parking and dog friendly. What more could one possibly need?!

I had a wonderful stay in Sara’s apartment- the view of the sea from the bedroom made every early morning sunrise a beauty to behold. The car park was close by and easy to use. Perfect stay!

Beautiful flat nestled right in the heart of Falmouth. Flat was exactly as described in the description and photographs. It was lovely and warm (without the need of putting the heating on), constant hot water, beautifully accessorised and Elly has clearly thought of all her guests needs whilst they would be staying there - the snack basket was a great welcome for my hungry teenager too. Would definitely stay again when visiting my daughter at University. Thank you Elly.

We are frequent visitors to Falmouth as our daughter is at University here. Ginny's place overlooks Falmouth harbour and the view from the bay window is absolutely stunning. We have a very comfortable three night stay with space to have our daughter and a friend over for dinner. Would recommend.
