The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and lounge on ground floor with bedroom accommodation on the mezzanine level above. There is also a comfortable king size sofa bed. There is a fully fitted kitchen diner with all built in appliances and a lounge with 55" wall mounted television and downstairs toilet and wash baison. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with french doors one with king size bed the other with a double both have wall mounted 40" televisions. The shower with toilet and wash baison is situated between both bedrooms.

To the front of the cottage is a large patio area with table & chairs, plenty of outdoor space, we are ideally situated for some of the North Wests finest golf courses.

The ground floor is open plan with a beautiful large picture window. The lounge is spacious and has a Flat screen TV and DVD player plus a variety of DVD's games and books are all provided. There is a fully fitted kitchen that contains all necessary equipment and utensils. The open staircase from the lounge leads to 2 bedrooms and the bathroom, the other bedroom is downstairs. The bathroom contains bath, separate shower unit, wash basin and w.c.
