The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend with our college friends and their families. Plenty of room for the kids to play, a great outdoor space for grilling and hanging out, and a cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to reconnect and make amazing memories.

Had a great stay! Would recommend for adults with or without children! Beautiful and peaceful surroundings which makes for a very relaxing vacay!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. We had three generations and everyone had something to do. We spent a lot of time in the game room and loved the pool table! Outside was peaceful and the fire pit was perfect for smores. It was chilly but we still had a good time relaxing on the boat dock which had a neat upper deck for some beautiful views of the lake. We will definitely be back!

Upon arrival at this house in Mineral, VA, we noticed the house's openness, beautiful décor, and thoughtful aesthetics, which reflected a perfect blend of comfort & style that immediately made us feel at ease. The house was clean & amenities well-stocked (as described) ensuring there were no unpleasant surprises. Bedrooms were comfortable; beds were cozy, allowing us to enjoy restful nights. The house layout was perfect for socializing for a large group & we comfortably hung out. The KITCHEN exceeded all expectations -equipped with various appliances, stainless steel pots, pans (& nonstick) & loads of small items – This level of stocking made meal prep enjoyable rather than a chore, helping us create lasting memories over shared meals. minor drawbacks— a few rooms were a bit chilly (extra blankets were readily available) & the hot water supply was somewhat limited – this was minimal compared to the overall enjoyment we experienced. The house is very nice, clean and well equipped, the kitchen has almost everything you need during your stay. It is also very family friendly with toys and board games. Very nice place to walk around and private lake access for kayaking makes it a perfect spot for relaxing and refreshing. I think a long weekend was not enough and needed more time in this beautiful area. The hosts are very responsive and supportive and really helpful. We recommend this place to everyone going to lake Anna!

We had a great stay at the Blue House and can’t recommend it enough for your next trip to Lake Anna! The house was well-equipped, clean, and the host was flexible and accommodating with our check-in/out times. The property has beautiful, waterfront views and is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

We had a reunion with some friends and this location had everything we needed. We got really lucky with a warm February weekend and got to take advantage of the outdoor amenities more than expected. We comfortably fit 8 people and had plenty of room. The kitchen was also very well stocked, something I don’t usually see at rental houses. 5 out of 5 - would highly recommend.

Had a great stay in this home and Ash is a great host. It’s perfect for a big group, incredibly spacious and many rooms/beds to accommodate a lot of guests. The house was very clean and comfortable to be in for a long weekend. It’s also right on the lake, which makes for some beautiful views. We visited in the middle of winter so we weren’t able to make use of a lot of the outdoor amenities, but there was still plenty to do. The fire pit and movie room were perfect for a cold winter weekend! Only point of feedback is that there wasn’t a proper first aid kit or very many cleaning supplies. Overall, loved our time here and would absolutely recommend. 10/10!

By far the best stay that I have had through airbnb!! The house was well stocked and had plenty of extras for all the guests to do. The house was incredibly spacious and at no point did we feel overcrowded. If I could give 10 stars then I would! Daniel and the team were very responsive to any questions that I had prior to the stay and I did not have to reach out one time while I was there which speaks volumes. Most definitely a place that I would book again!!

Beautiful house and location. Very clean and very spacious. We loved the patio and the views of the location, weather was perfect for us to just sit outside and relax. Super close to the lake as well with a small private beach to access the lake.

Our stay was AMAZING. We had a few incidents but the host/ property management group was amazing and patient with us. The house is definitely worth every penny and more. We didn't have to go anywhere but the grocery store. The kids were entertained the whole time. There was enough space for everyone and I even was able to hide a few times and take a nap. lol. You could play music in the living room and not even hear it in the suites. The outside bonfire was amazing and we loved that as well. The pier was very peaceful, just be careful of the kids near the lake ofcourse. Thanks for an amazing stay and keep doing an amazing job with the property!

This was a beautiful house we stayed at for our annual girls weekend. Everything was set up for a fun weekend, games to play, kayaks, SUPs, fire pit...you name it they had it. We got to meet the neighbor and her dog who came to visit our first night at the fire pit. Super friendly and sweet. The house had all the space the 9 of us needed. And all the comforts of home plus more. Two different coffee makers, an air fryer, plenty of linens. Chef's kiss!!!

The location was perfect- just a short walk to nearby restaurants. The food at Asian Cafe was delicious. The house was family friendly and our 5 year old had a blast with all the activities. He loved the arcade game and air hockey in the basement, fishing off the dock, playing in the sand, exploring the playground at Lake Anna State Park (fee to enter). We also enjoyed pickleball, tennis and kickball as a family and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit was a perfect way to end our evenings. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, stocked with all the advertised amenities. Having baby gear available on-site was a huge convenience for us. We did bring our own pack n play mattress, which worked well. We also took a day trip to Charlottesville, just 50 miles away. The South Street Brewery (in Charlottesville) was fantastic - the mocha chiller was a delightful drink. Overall, this was an amazing stay with many family-friendly activities. We would definitely recommend it.
