Apartment vacation rentals in Spotsylvania County

My stay at Judaeas place was very peaceful, simple, and quiet. I live in a house in the woods so being here felt just like home. It was more than enough for my weekend stay. It was actually very quiet in the neighborhood, I hardly heard any passing cars, just birds outside. This was my first AirBnB stay and it was a 5/5 ⭐️. Its just about 9 minutes from town and has great views all around the area, and good options for eating and shopping. Judaea gave great directions and responded quickly, and provided everything I needed for my stay. Thank you Judaea!

I travel for work 365 days a year. It was nice to find this jewel as I was coming to a 3 week slowdown in work! I used my campfire ring every night to make meals over the fire . Maintenance was great fixing what needed fixing right away! TWO THUMBS UP FOR ME!!!

Perfect location for someone interested in historical sites. I was notified in the morning that the space would be available earlier than scheduled. Bedroom was large with ample closet space. Kitchen was adequately equipped. It has a drip coffee-maker and coffee, sugar, and non-dairy creamer. Kitchen table only seats two. Shower stall was roomy. Bring your own detergent if you intend to use the laundry machines. I was quite satisfied.

We really enjoyed our stay so much we came for our sons BJJ competition and The apartment was clean cozy and spacious we were so comfortable.Great location so many restaurants and coffee shops down the block. If and when we come back this is where were going to stay. Again we loved our stay and the area so much we just want to come back for a weekend getaway.also all the videos they provided really helped us and the way everything was set up in the apartment was great. 10/10 would stay again!!

Very cute little apartment with everything you need for one night or several months. Very comfortable and quiet. Matt saved us from a bad hotel reservation in town with a last minute booking. Matt was amazing and one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Thanks for a great stay.

The unit was nicer than I anticipated. It's like an extended stay hotel suite but bigger and nicer. I couldn't hear anyone in the other units which was good. There was always parking available. Just be sure to call in advance about pets ($25/night with $150 max fee per pet, up to two pets.) They accept dogs, but not cats. I had my rabbit with me and encountered no issue. Laundry on-site - works best with tapping type credit cards, rather than swipe/chip cards. Vicky at the front desk is very nice and friendly.

This was an amazing Airbnb! It was so clean, had everything we needed and the hosts were the nicest people you’ll ever meet! So responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend staying here, so worth your money!!

The hosts did an incredible job using videos to describe everything we needed to expect. The place was immaculate, the coffee bar was amazing. Oh, you have to get reservations at Fahrenheit 132. The service was impeccable the food was perfect. Look no further, this is a great place to stay within walking distance to everything in Fredericksburg.

Everything was wonderful. We were a little taken aback when we realized the listing was not for the whole house. But we did go back to the listed description and read that it said unit rental... so then it made sense. Still, maybe just saying something like bottom floor rental with back entrance access only might make it extra clear.

Adam & Maria were great hosts, being very communicative. The apartments were beautiful and comfortably slept 6 adults. The apartments are in a great spot in Downtown Fredericksburg, a quick walk to many local restaurants. I highly recommend staying here!

Such an ideal location! Got to go on the ghost horse carriage ride and the meeting place was right out front! Plus got to see the tree lighting right out back 🎄

Excellent location- not right in the busy part of Fredericksburg, but just a few minutes to everything. Very clean.

We were in the big debate of hotel or Airbnb. We reserved in short notice. Kim & John's response was almost immediate which made the decision much easier as I was still on hold with the hotel. In the end, it was one of our top Airbnb experience and if we are back in the area we will book here again.
