Vacation rentals with breakfast in Spotsylvania County

The home was lovely and in a peaceful location. The quiet weekend was exactly what we needed. Ashly checked in frequently to make sure everything was as expected and to make sure we had everything we needed.

I visited this lovely working farm property during a long weekend trip with my wife and two young children (ages 4 and 7). We were looking for something a little bit new to us -- this absolutely fit the bill! The kids immediately fell in love with the farm, especially the animals -- and Dolly the cat, in particular. As the Autumn sun began to set and we spent a bit more time in the RV, this interior was a whole other adventure -- e.g., kids had a blast putting on several musical numbers from the loft with stage-like curtain. For the grownups, we found the farm to be a peaceful respite from the usual. RV was just as pictured and, as other reviews have mentioned, is a great potential gateway camping in various other forms. Jason and Tracee were tremendous hosts, responsive and accommodating. Kids got a rush of pride from assisting with Jason's morning chores. Hosts building us a fire and providing s'more packets were such nice touches as well! Grateful for this lovely experience!

Everything about this stay was great! The privacy fence around the cabin and hot tub create a perfect oasis. The cabin is comfy cozy for a couple. The bed is very comfortable. The decor is super fun. Also, I contacted Jordan a couple times during my stay and he was very prompt with a response. I will be back! Thank you Jordan.

Thia's place is wonderful, the view of the lake is very relaxing at night and in the morning. Was most impressed with Thia as a host. She was very welcoming, it felt as if she was a friend more than just a host.

Denise is a wonderful host: welcoming, thoughtful and kind, she is also a talented artist who has filled her home with color and warmth. Her rooms are charming and spotless, and the bed I slept on was extremely comfortable. She provided a breakfast of yogurt, fruit and oatmeal each morning, with coffee and tea available if wanted. Her house is within easy reach of downtown Fredericksburg in a quiet neighborhood near Mary Washington University. Her relaxed friendliness and the comfort of her home made my stay with her a pleasure. I recommend her bnb enthusiastically.

Beautiful and unique little spot. Great place to get comfortable and watch a movie or relax in the hot tub with your significant other. Feels very private and good distance to downtown and other things in the area.

Everything was wonderful. We were a little taken aback when we realized the listing was not for the whole house. But we did go back to the listed description and read that it said unit rental... so then it made sense. Still, maybe just saying something like bottom floor rental with back entrance access only might make it extra clear.
