I had a wonderful New Year's Eve with my family. Toninho is very kind, and very receptive, I felt at home. My dog was very comfortable too. I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a weekend in tranquility and peace.

Communication with Caesar was excellent, always quickly answered! Your place is amazing , the super charming and cozy container, very complete, with some useful little things that we can use and was super clean! The outdoor area is wonderful , sound of birds, visit of monkeys in the trees, a relaxing weekend!

Leonardo very attentive and assertive in communication and guidelines. The place is like the photos… simple, clean and quiet, with great view. Super indicated for a restorative weekend. Home for the couple with an amazing sunset view, I loved it!

the space is beautiful, even more beautiful than the pictures, smelling and cozy. Our arrival was prepared with great affection and care. We felt at home, at will, treated us with kindness and affection, but respecting our privacy. the little river on the property is a delight and does not make you want to leave there. i want to go back now. the room is large and spacious, the kitchen well functional, the shower heats well, quietly immersed in nature, a delight to sleep and wake up with the sound of the little river around us. highly recommend the place

This is our second time staying at Sandra's cottages, and once again, it was a great experience. The chalets are super comfortable, cozy and have everything you need to cook. Sandra is extremely friendly and always available to ask any questions. The neighborhood is very quiet, with markets, pizzerias and the Itamambuca beach very close by, allowing you to walk smoothly. We will definitely be back again and we recommend it to all our friends and family! 🫶🏻✨

We had an amazing stay! The view from the bungalow is absolutely cinematic, and the privacy of the place made it even more special. It’s incredibly charming to walk down to the beach and find a lovely restaurant halfway through the stairs. Having a secure parking spot inside a gated area was also a huge plus. Marcelo was a fantastic host — very communicative and thoughtful throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

I loved the chalet, a good balcony for a coffee and enjoy the sound of the waterfall and the birds. All very clean and organized. Rodrigo is a very attentive host. I only suggest an illumination at the gate entrance. The town of Monteiro is very beautiful and the way to Franciso Xavier is very good, easy to come, I loved.

Simply charming! The chalet exceeded all expectations, cozy, well-maintained and with a beautiful landscape. Every detail was thought out with affection, which made all the difference in the experience. The perfect place to rest, reconnect with nature and recharge. We will definitely return!

Starting with the host's kindness, he responded super fast, explained everything by sending video, location, and was flexible with the time. The chalet was impeccable, the perfume exuded right at the entrance, all bedding, bathrooms, extremely clean electros. The amenity was wonderful - for SURE - we will return to the same cottage.

The place is beautiful! Exactly as in photos and description. All very clean, super-smelling bath towels. Impeccable kitchen with all utensils. Super clean bathroom! To get through a dirt road for 10 minutes, the way is quiet and easy to access. 15 minutes by car to the centrinho and village of Capivari. The only caveats… a small and uncomfortable double bed had a sinking in the middle of the bed, which caused discomfort to sleep because we were “tumbling” over each other during the night. And bats making noise in the ceiling at bedtime, but then normal because we are in their environment. Ps: No bat entered the chalet. Summing up our stay? If you change the bed, we'll definitely come back!

Everything was great! Excellent breakfast. One of the days we needed the coffee to be served early, and the host was kind and heeded our need. Quiet, residential neighborhood with quiet streets for walking and running. Huge and super comfortable Bathtub. House complete with all the kitchen utensils. The photos correspond to reality. Host responded to messages quickly and kindly! I highly recommend it for sure!!

The place is impressive, every minute we are more passionate about the structure of the house and the contact with nature. I have no words for Marcelo's kindness and cordiality, it really made our hosting much better. Without a doubt I and my family live very special moments in the house!

It's been a long time since I dated this chalet and finally got a chance to go. On the eve it began to rain a lot and Andreia even offered me to change it, so we could enjoy more. Luckily I didn't change it and we had a beautiful weekend! Cabal was super clean, impeccable, very smelling. Super comfy bed. Decorated with fresh laundry...a grace. Andreia was always available to ask questions and was super friendly and welcoming. The kitchen is complete and you can enjoy great moments on the hammock or on the floor fire outside. I really liked it and it was a very pleasant weekend

This was our first time in Ilha Grande and I can’t wait to go back and stay at Mariela’s tree house again. The 5min hike to the house can be challenging but as soon as you get there it’s so worth it. It has everything anyone could need, a lovely reading corner and ALFAJOR, the resident cat who kept us company throughout the whole stay who we will miss dearly.

Everything impeccable, perfect, I will come back more often for sure!

We had a unique and very special stay in the houseboat. It is a lovingly furnished accommodation with everything you need. Michele and Gustavo were always helpful, kind and patient with all our questions (🦎). Enjoy the sun in the hammock to the sounds of the record player! It's unique!

I'm speechless, I've spent a night and I'm already planning the return to spend more days. Quiet, clean, cozy place, had an amazing stay. I am very pleased, from the service to the stay, everything impeccable !!

Super pleasant experience, the site really provided contact with the “flavors of the place”, as guests can walk through the farm and there are several feet of fruit (including a strawberry greenhouse and cherry tomatoes, and a vegetable garden), as well as several beautiful animals. The very beautiful cabin, comfortable and with an amazing coffee machine. The official Fábio, who tames the horses, stood out, was very attentive to my children, let them comb and make fondness on the Barnei pony, and took us on a very nice carriage ride (one of the first rides of the horse Manteiga, in training).

A delight of place! Great location, 3km from the center of são xico. Must-see river bath a few yards from the house! Outdoor area with a wonderful lawn and garden! Deck inviting to forget the time and enjoy hours of contemplation. Very attentive and flexible Karinah, since there was no guest coming in, we managed to leave after the normal checkout time. We'll be back for sure!
