Everything great , the house with everything you need and very clean

Excellent, much better than expected. The photos don't do real justice for what you find. The area is fantastic, an urbanization in the middle of the forest with places to get lost, everything absolutely clean and green. Riachuelos, lakes, meadows with immense pinadas... absolute silence, just noise of nature. The house is perfect. We were 5 and with 3 full bathrooms we had no problem at all. The kitchen equipment is perfect, it has absolutely everything and the appliances even though they are a little old work wonder. We don't miss anything in our house. The urbanization has private surveillance 24h so you have an extra peace of mind. At no time we closed the main gate of the plot and so we saw the normal in the urbanization is that everyone leaves it open, at least during the day. The plot is beautiful, with many trees and very green. The cleanliness of the house of 10, between Airbnb and Booking I think this was one of the cleanest found

Everything is fantastic. Miguel is an amazing host who is attentive to everything at all times. The house is spectacular with lots of things to cook , comfortable beds and everything is very clean. We'll be back!

It was a pleasure to stay at Blanca‘s place. Close to public transport to get to the city centre and airport. We also highly appreciated that Blanca made it possible to adjust the Check-in and Check-out time. If I come to Madrid, this will be my place for sure !

We had a great New Year's Eve in this cottage. The decor is modern and very nice, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. We felt right at home during our stay, and in addition, we are very grateful that our dogs are allowed to be taken. For summer it has to be even more impressive with the exteriors. Definitely a place we would love to go back to. Highly recommended!

The stay was wonderful, it exceeded expectations. It's a very spacious house with good social areas in a wonderful neighborhood. Too bad it's so hot in the summer. We'll be back for sure.

I felt in home. The apartment is very cozy. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Convenient location of the apartment. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay alli was unbeatable ... really . Not only for the location , the cleanliness that everything had was unbeatable , super decoros nearby ,bars and restaurants nearby , parks for children , easy parking....but above all the kindness of the Host Maria ...from the first moment attentive in everything and a charm the treatment she gives . I recommend it 💯 x💯.

Judi's place was perfect for our little trip to Madrid. There's absolutely everything you need in her neighbourhood. The supermarket is only a couple of minutes away - opens until late. There are restaurants, cafes and bars and even a chocolateria (popular Spanish treat). The best things are the beautiful lake and the buzzing mercado. It's not too far from the town center. You can go there on foot if you like walking or use the tube which is just round the corner. Her flat is also very suitable if you need to take your work with you. The internet connection is very good. We loved the way Judi's flat is decorated. It definitely has the Spanish vibes. There are lots of thoughtful and quirky decorations and lots of plants. It's really lovely. Last but not least, the communication with Judi was great. She's been so responsive and so helpful. She really made everything super easy for us. Thank you for everything Judi.

The place is very quiet and there are very nice views of the lake, the terrace is perfect for lunch and see the sunrise and the lake, the apartment has a very cool fireplace and it is very comfortable, with the host the communication is very good and the instructions very clear, we have been very comfortable.

Well located and quiet apartment. With supermarket, pharmacy and bars very close by. We will definitely be back!

Great residential neighborhood close to Atocha Station. Close to Retiro Park and close to the train as well that connects you all over the city! We enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Madrid! It’s also a short taxi ride to the airport! Great location!

From the first moment, the deal with Pablo, the host, was excellent, making the stay very easy. The experience, although short, has far exceeded expectations and we will definitely come back. With the river 42 steps away (yes, I counted them) the heat has not been noticed. The house is full of corners created with taste and charm and, for us (creatives by profession) they have even been inspiring. Thank you Pablo!!!

We spent Holy Week with the family. Perfect villa with all amenities, well located and very warm and cozy. Paloma at all times was in contact with us, in case we needed anything. Excellent value. We will definitely stay here again.

Alberto was super attentive and flexible with everything, even with the check-in and check-out times. I was always available and aware that everything was perfect. The house is amazing, huge, no lack of detail and the surroundings are beautiful. I went with friends to spend the end of my birthday and everything was perfect. Just mention that a guardian lives in the house itself, which although he is friendly, does not stop having a person outside the group inside the house and withholds privacy. You share common areas with the Lord and it is still his home.

We had the entire upstairs for us alone, very spacious with all the details, and very nice decorated, the bed was very comfortable and comfortable, total intimacy, very clean, it was a very quiet and perfect stay.

Great accommodation with a great host. Antonio was very attentive and we really enjoyed our stay. We spent New Year's Eve but we look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the excellent outdoor facilities.
