Monthly Rentals in Surin Beach

AMAZING!! we loved our stay at Oleg's apartment! it was bigger than we thought and was very comfortable with great wifi. it was clean and had everything we needed, Oleg even left us some welcome snacks and water. great communication and response time. the TV was a little dark and we didn't want to be charged for it so we sent Oleg a message just to let him know. he replaced it within the hour! he also sent us a list of local places to check out and things to do. the building is at the back of a resort so it's nice and quiet, BUT there are some very steep hills to get there within the resort. we rented a scooter so it wasn't an issue, but walking it every day would have been very exhausting. there are plenty of great little restaurants nearby. overall this was a great place to stay for 2 weeks and we would come back. highly recommend!

Lovely, clean and modern studio. We walked everywhere- close to beaches, restaurants and massages. Easy taxi/ bike into main town to see mma. Thank you for having us

Beautiful modern accommodation about a 15-minute walk from Surin beach, a clean and tranquil beach. There are shops nearby, but to access big grocery stores, you'll need a motorized transportation to get to Kamala (about 15 minutes by scooter). The apartment is properly equipped for cooking. It's a bit expensive for Thailand (especially adding the electricity and water fees payable in cash before leaving) but comfortable and quiet. Cleaning is decent, without being spotless. Overall, a pleasant apartment in a building where there are mostly families. I really enjoyed the washing machine, the stand to dry outside and the balcony. The pool is great, too and I was able to easily park my scooter every day downstairs from the building.

Excellent functional apartment in a fantastic resort. Walking distance to the superb Bang Tao beach. Surin beach is even closer but we preferred Bang Tao. The resort is located on a very cute and quiet street. Great amenities - too many pools to count! - bar, restaurant... It attracts respectful holiday makers - no loud parties etc which we really appreciated. The staff were all great. The host was super responsive and a failure of the air con was very swiftly handled and fixed. We spent a month in this rental and would have happily extended our stay. Highly recommend the flat and the host. Thank you Violetta. Please note that the resort and this apartment are NOT suitable for people with limited mobility (too many reasons to list here).
