Monthly Rentals in Swalwell

The house was easy to find and as described. On arrival the house was clean and tidy, and the welcome pack most acceptable. The host was very helpful, and easily contacted. The 1 very minor problem we had was sorted very quickly. We would certainly recommend the property and would have no hesitation in using the property again.

Had such a great stay at this property- it was absolutely spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could want and more. Location was lovely and quiet with great amenities really close by (Metro Centre, Aldi, Asda) and good road access to everywhere as well as great public transport links. Really cosy and homely property and we will definitely look to stay here again next time we’re in the area. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay, the quirky flat is located right next to the metro centre and a 5 minutes walk from a Lidl. There is plenty of parking outside too and the roads are relatively quiet. Tony is always at hand to respond quickly. Could not fault it at all, wish it was available for future stays, but looks to be pretty well booked out!

Basic Airbnb with convenient parking. Great location for a party at Blaydon rugby club. Emir was very friendly and helpful.
