Seabreeze is on the water and you can swim right below the flat. A view of Ortigia, only 20 min by foot. The only noise you hear are the waves. Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. Art and culture, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony. Those who stop for just one day, (tourism bites and flees) do not know that Syracuse with its beauties, its history, the countless enchanting places, with its thousand attractions, certainly deserve much more time to dedicate!

Lovely apartment located in the heart of Ortigia. It consists of: a large kitchen-living room with a fully furnished sofa bed. Bedroom and bathroom with large shower, recently renovated. Wi-Fi connection. All with wonderful SEA VIEWS!! TOURIST TAX INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!
