Beautiful setting, very comfortable accommodation and garden, attentive hosts!

A good place for 3 people to sleep. Centrally located and quiet. We felt right at home

We stayed at Armando's for two nights and had a great time. The location is quiet, in the Syracusan countryside, near the beautiful beaches Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella etc. and a few kilometers from the beautiful but confusing Syracuse. The accommodation was perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need, small kitchen, fridge, comfortable bed, air conditioning, a small entrance with table, chairs and umbrella, clothes rack, etc. Armando was very kind and helpful and provided us with great advice. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely return to his accommodation.

We had a wonderful time in Salvo's place. It was exactly as described. A very convenient place to explore the region. The few minutes walk to the beach was a bonus. Overall a great stay and we love Sicily so we keep returning. Thank you Salvo for accommodating us.

Laura was a very kind host. She was at the house following our call for arrival. The apartment is beautiful, new, very clean, comfortable, cool, tastefully furnished, with two bedrooms and private parking. The sea 700 meters away can be reached on foot and the most beautiful beaches (Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo best traversa III) 15 minutes away by car, great point to visit KNOWN, AVOLA, MODICA...Our Diesel(🐕) was welcomed with pleasure. It was a really positive experience, thank you Laura.

If you want to enjoy your peace, this is the place to be! The place is a bit more secluded and the road to it is very rocky and narrow. There is a bay within walking distance. It is also quite nice, but we found other beaches more beautiful. All were within approx. 20 minutes by car. The apartment is relatively well equipped. The oven took some getting used to. Generally everything is kept very clean. After about 3 days Serafina came and changed our towels and gave us fresh eggs from her chickens again. The nicest thing was to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning or to relax in the chairs in the garden in the evening after a shower.🪴🌺 The air conditioning was good and important, as it is quite calm on site. The photos that Serafina published correspond 1:1 to reality. Thanks for the lovely stay😊

A beautiful stay at Luca's place! The little cottage has a lot of charm, is very clean, spacious and perfectly located – in the middle of Noto, above the rooftops of the city. The terrace you reach via the kitchen is very special. Luca is a great host, super helpful and friendly. We are completely satisfied and can only recommend it!

We stayed here as a family for a week. The place is very nice and well maintained. In particular, the large garden where you always have the choice between sun and shade is great. The accommodation itself has everything you need including coffee and breakfast snacks. By car, supermarkets and restaurants are quickly accessible and the old town of Syracuse is only 15 minutes away. Silvia is very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility.

Exactly as described and pictures . Livia is a perfect host. Noto is stunning and google rooftop bars for the most glam experience- friendly and fun can 100% recommend to other guests!!!!!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jochen & Katia's place. The location is excellent, with several beautiful beaches & a supermarket all within a 15-minute drive. The nearby town of Pachino offers fantastic fish markets, cafes, and bakeries, & a 30-minute drive to Noto made for a wonderful day trip, even on a rainy day. The property is well-maintained, & the pool is a great feature. However, there were a couple of small issues that could improve the experience. The security lights in the rooms were quite sensitive, & any movement at night caused red and green flashing lights to disturb the darkness. It would be helpful if these could be covered or adjusted. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well-equipped, a sharp knife would have been a useful addition. Lastly, our host Carla was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay, but with these minor tweaks, it could be even better.

Absolutely exceptional stay in Avola! The host was outstanding – genuinely attentive and dedicated to guest comfort in every possible way. The location is superb: peaceful, yet close to everything you might need. A perfect Sicilian escape. Highly, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time as a couple in this delightful Airbnb. The contact was very easy, the hostess and host were quick to respond and helped with questions. The tennis court, the pool and the rest of the facilities have given us a great end to our vacation. In addition, the owners are extremely sweet and cordial people. Many thanks - and we think this is highly recommended! Love.

Very good stay spent with the family at Corrado's whose welcome and good advice was much appreciated! The accommodation is very functional and includes a beautiful swimming pool as well as a beautiful garden which makes it very pleasant after visits... It is also very well located, close to the main points of interest in the south east of Sicily . Recommended address without hesitation!

Stunning villa, spacius inside and outside, huge porch with comfortable sofa and tv, private pool with deckchairs for sunbathing. Walking distance to the beach, a short drive to the shop. Perfect fit for 6 people, with lots of kitchen amenities and various glasses to enjoy wine or other sicilian spirits and delicacies.

Carlo is an excellent host! At check in we arrived late due to car problems. Carlo was so welcoming he volunteered to escort us to a beachside restaurant that he knew would still be open. The accommodations were perfect. We were a party 8 adults consisting of 2 families of 4 and we all had plenty of space. Each bedroom is generously sized and includes a bathroom so no one is crowded when getting ready to go out. Located off the kitchen is a lovely shaded patio for dining or just relaxing. Beyond is an enormous pool which is crystal clear and refreshing. Carlo is a chef and we scheduled a dinner that he prepared for us one night. We ate alfresco and it was an excellent and affordable meal. Carlo also lives on the property in another home that is a short walk away but is far enough for the guests to have their privacy. His property feels like a private luxury resort. It’s a great place to stay for families and I would love to come back to Carlo’s Country House!

Friendly and convenient house especially for a large family like us (a 6). A/C, pool, garden, laundry room , 2 bathrooms ... All the comforts you need. Quiet place but requires a car .

The place is impeccable, it has everything you need. Alessandro is an incredible host, always ready to help, he is attentive and always responds to messages. He went to look for me all the way to Syracuse! And then he accompanied me to buy food because it was very late. Thank you Alessandro!!! Highly recommend

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. We arrived earlier than expected, but were immediately warmly welcomed. The place matched the pictures and description. The outdoor area was beautiful and invited for breakfast in the sun overlooking the sea. Only a few meters walk we could walk to the sea via an access 🌊 Simone directly gave us tips for things to do or regional specialties. He was always available and helpful. Amazing for the price. I stayed 5 nights and I went swimming during the day and studied at night. There are not super markets in a walkable distance but Salvatore took me to the shopping centres twice. He also picked me up from Syracuse when I arrived and his wife took me back to Syracuse when I left. So they did amazing in making me feel comfortable. There is also a lovely and kind Golden retriever at the yard who loves to play. Everything necessary is provided for your stay, even coffee, sugar, chocolate and bottled water. It is good if you plan to spend the days outside and only come back to sleep. If you don’t have a car, you can pay Salvatore and he will take you to different locations.

The stay at Mauro's was great. The house is beautiful, with well-kept furnishings, spacious and comfortable spaces and very clean. It is in a very quiet area but close to beaches and towns. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay with loads of indoors and outdoors space for a large group. Really well situated for getting around the South East of Sicily.
